I hired A1-United to install a new Lennox AC Unit/Heating Unit & a humidifier too. First off not only did Neil & Jacob do an OUTSTANDING job but their professionalism was TOP NOTCH. They took great care to protect my wooden floors & the new carpet. They worked tirelessly to get everything done in one day with lots of modifications. It was NOT a pleasant day weather wise but u did not hear one complaint out of them. A1 United is in my opinion the only company that will ever service & provide maintenance for my units. Everything at A1 was very professional. The cost of our HVAC system was easy to understand. Once we made our decision, the scheduling for installation was done quickly. The installers shared all important information with me. The follow up visit was done in a timely manner. We are very happy with our new system. The fan in the furnace is very quiet, we look forward to lower utility bills starting this winter.

A1 United has been a blessing to work with since our furnace started having multiple problems in the winter of 21-22. After multiple visits from A1 for repairs, it was recommended that our old system be replaced before this winter. The staff has taken care of us through the whole process. Jackie was always a delight to talk to on the phone when setting up appointments or making payments. Our salesman Jim was very helpful in explaining our replacement options. The technician for our full system replacement was Neal who went above and beyond in his quality of work. Now that we have had a chance to use both the AC and furnace we know made the right decision in choosing A1 and would highly recommend them to others.

I had trouble with my AC unit and I called United A1. Ben Micek went to the house, inspected the unit, and had me completely taken care of within about a weeks time - even in the heat of the summer when they were really busy. He also included a special and had a new furnace installed at the same time! The level of customer service was more than outstanding. Installers Chris and Jacob nailed the install with ZERO issues. The new units were installed exactly on the scheduled date and time and Chris and Jacob provided excellent service. I couldn't be happier with this purchase. I feel really well taken care of! Great Job Ben, Chris and Jacob! I will recommend you all for years to come.

I was very happy with the service that A1 provided me. Benny was able to get someone out the same day (which was beyond my expectations) to help get my AC back up and running. The service tech Jim F. was very professional and honest. What I thought was going to be a whole new system turned out to be a quick fix that they could repair that same day. I was very happy with the service and quality that I will definitely use them again if I need HVAC service. Great work!

I had an amazing experience with A-1 United. With my husband being active duty and deployed at the time that our A/C went out they have been nothing short of quick. From the initial diagnosis to the replacement, everything was seamless. Ben walked me through pricing and assured us of great quality. Neil and Jacob did a great job educating myself on the new system and thermostat, all while working quickly and efficiently to get our A/C installed and running.

Our experience with A-1 was great! From our initial quote meeting with Ben M. , to the day of installation with Grant and Miguel. Ben was very informative and thorough during the quote and explanation of services portion. Grant and Miguel were early for their scheduled install time, and took the time to explain everything they were doing during the install. On top of the great service, A-1 was far and away the best quote we received for our new AC unit. The attention to detail and professionalism was the best part of our experience, compared to other companies who came out to give us a bid. We are very pleased with the install and overall service, and highly recommend them.

I thought of A1 first when I needed a new system, but contacted 8 other companies for bids and suggestions. I had estimates from 7 other companies with 5 different brands. It took me longer to wade through all the information than I expected, but Jim F was very patient with my questions and was very clear on what was possible verses what he recommended. His advice was greatly appreciated. When I did make our decision, he was able to make arrangements quickly and clearly. When installation time came, Chris B and Jacob A were prompt, kind, and detail oriented. I was very comfortable with them in our home. A few others came in whose name I don't remember, but absolutely everyone was professional and a joy to work with. Installing a complete new system was nerve-wracking, but this team made it easy. I have had poor experiences with a couple other companies in town from previous services. Our family had to replace our AC and furnace, so we decided to go through Costco and it turns out to be a very good decision. I get a better system and price compared to the others. Not only that but I get Costco cash card for my purchase and excellent service from A-1 United. Grant and Jake were very professional and courteous. The installation of the furnance look very good and so much better than the previous system it replaced. They were very thorough throughout the installation and took their time to do the job correct. I highly recommend A1 United they have a complete installation process to ensure the system is installed and working correctly.
