Excellent food and service. It's definitely an expensive experience, but the food is always exceptionally good and prepared perfectly. On our most recent visit, my husband had the prime rib and I had the petite filet with the evening's special garlic butter mushrooms. Both our meals had great flavor, the meat was tender and cooked exactly as ordered. Great place for a special occasion or occasional fancy meal if you want to treat yourself.

We were in Omaha for the College World Series and some friends from there suggested 801 Chophouse for a nice dinner one night. Our trip was for my son's high school graduation. I asked what their specialty was and our server immediately replied the prime rib. Prime rib is one of my favorites, so I'm in, and was joined by my wife and son. It was excellent, one of the best I've ever had. Cesar salad and garlic mashed potatoes also awesome, but my son loved the mac & cheese (said it was the best he ever had). Took the leftovers back to the hotel for the next night! It's a hike from the stadium, but a nice stroll.

Amazing food and awesome experience. The restaurant is very nice with a great seating setup. Complementary valet parking is a huge plus. The food was very good. Steak was very tender and seasoned perfectly. The mash potatoes are the best I've ever had. They add parmesan or garlic butter on top (not sure exactly) but it takes it to another level. The service was specular.
