Walmart Supercenter

Walmart Supercenter in North Platte is very understaffed when it comes to check out, we waited for almost an hour to get checked out. 😳 Self checkout was slammed also but you can't buy a tv in selfcheckout. 🥴 But on a happier note, I'd like to thank "PEPPER" for going above and beyond finding us air fryer liners. She hunted us down to give them to us. We really appreciated the kindness she showed us. 😊☺ Pepper needs a raise! 😇 God bless. 💜✝️💜

Most older and some younger employees are nice. Store is clean. But I'm literally sitting in my car waiting for a pick up over for over an hour.

I checked myself out and accidently left an item that I had purchased from the deli. When I called about it from my home, I was told customer service was busy and want talking any calls. If the employee would've listened I could've had my husband pick it up but instead I will have to make an extra trip to town.

Becouse there's nowhere else to go in town( there is and we usually go there but because of inflation the way it is we're pretty much forced to shop here. there's usually only one checker the rest are on the floor doing online orders, so that forces us to check out and bag our own groceries and Essentials. I'm sure not all Walmarts are bad because I've been in some really nice ones that are running really well, but the one in North Platte well let's just say it's at the bottom of the list.

I worked here once an I never will make that mistake twice.they skim off my check an others to an someone sued Walmart an we got our money an if I where you don't waste your time working there when there's better places to work in the North Platte area

First time to order a grocery delivery and it never arrived. Last text was it was delayed but would have it in less than 2 hrs. Called store next day absolutely no customer service. Told me to call 1800walmart. Right off the bat recording said associate could not help.

Horrible! Better off going out of town now to get get groceries etc. The last two orders have been messed up. A pick up order that said it was ready then no workers once got there and would let me go in and get items. Then got charged for 2 tvs to be delivered then they did not deliver and says in stock at store for pick up and the store does not have any in stock after calling 4 times to get someone that could actually find the order and figure it out. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with after being charged for items that were not delivered .

I love this walmart, its got so many things compared to the one i normally shop at. The staff is friendly, the bathrooms are always clean, for a big store its almost always organized which is suprising since their parking lot is always full and theres always tons of people in there. They have scan and go lines and if its super busy they have almost every lane open its pretty cool.

This location is always clean & safe. Many visitors off I-80. Friday & Sat nights have a "less comfortable" crowd. Produce is good. Meat is ok. Typical of Walmart meat. Has a good selection in all departments. They have clothing, sports, home goods, alcohol, cosmetics, minor fix it materials, paint etc. They are very busy in grocery pickup but they do a good job.

Great people who work there but busy on holidays lol
