Walgreens

I was in Walgreens today and was treated terribly by 2 employees. One was cleaning up a soda that had leaked and one was a high school aged cashier. Management needs to pay better attention to their employees.

I wish there was an option for no star. Walgreens Pharmacy in North Platte Nebraska had the absolute worst service. The pharmacist wasn’t even near to help deal with the situation showed up close to 7 to get some prescriptions transferred that were very needed. The lady was so worried about closing that she lied about my scripts even after there was photo evidence. Was so upset I called my Walgreens pharmacy in Kearney and they said they should have been easily able to transfer and assist me instead while dealing with this they closed the pharmacy up immediately. So disappointed with the lack of care or service given towards myself and will not ever seek service from this Walgreens again. Absolutely terrible.

Pharmacy was closed over lunch hour, when do working people run their errands? Not smart Walgreens.

I really love too get my makeup at Walgreens and they are always nice. When it comes to getting pictures it's not very well. I went in today to get 5 pictures. Once I was done I went to the Counter and they told me it was going to be 5 minutes, so as I waited a lady came in and ask if her pictures were done, and they were not. She explained to the man that she came in at 11:00 and they told her the pictures would be done at 3:00, and then she came at 3 and they told her it would be another 20 minuets. Then they told her that there system has crashed. After she left I asked them if mine were done and then said "no" so I did not leave the store with my 5 pictures with no writing on them just 5 simple 4"6 pictures. The last time I went my pictures took an hour and I was the only one there.

When I called to straight out a photo situation, I was given to the manager. The manager, Joseph was extremely disrespectful and condescending. He contradicted himself so many times throughout our conversation. As the conversation continued, Joseph threatened to rip up my pictures and never give them to my father because it was his decision........apparently not Walgreens policy. The grand finale was when I asked for the district manager's number.........Joseph hung up on me. It seems there is a lack of customer service and respect. Joseph needs to take classes on professionalism and dealing with unsatisfied customers. Come to find out later......he wasn't even the manager. A great amount of miscommunication in this Walgreens. Policies need to be reviewed with the staff. It all falls back on lack of training by the manager!

They say they open at 8 but they do NOT!!! 10:00 on Sunday. Waited in town all night to pick up prescription to find out they don’t even open until 10. Pharmacist was there but didn’t offer to help.

I checked out at first with no problems other than thinking it was a lot of money for the one small bag I purchased. When I got to my car I realized their already double the price of elsewhere cough medicine was charged twice. I go back in and the cashier says “oh, it did that the other day too, but I didn’t catch it until after the customer left”. It was no surprise to her that I was charged twice for one item. I was then given a Walgreens gift card with the amount of one cough medicine on it which was my only option even with a “leadership member” helping. They never mentioned until later that you can not use it to buy tobacco, alcohol, or dairy products. I decided to let my kids grab snacks and I’d grab some stuff I didn’t really need, but since I live over an hour away I didn’t want to have to remember the gift card. They then informed me I couldn’t use the gift card to pay for a few of my items. As this was my 3rd time through the line I asked if there was any way to get my money back because at this point I just wanted to leave and have my almost $20 back out of the over $100 that I spent. I was told I could come back 3 days later if I wanted to speak to the manager but they could do nothing.

I needed a prescription filled so I visited the North Platte Walgreens . First they left me standing there for 10 minutes before asking if they could help. Once they had my information the lady said she would look to make sure they could fill it. She returns with what would be my prescription in hand. Then tells me that it will be 3 hours before they could fill my prescription. Its not like they had to count pills or any other busy work. This prescription comes prepackaged all she had to do was put a prescription lable, take my money and hand it to me. Instead I'm told it would be ready in 3 hours. Really 3 hours if I had not needed it I would have told them to forget it. I will either find a pharmacy that carries my prescription or have doctor prescribe a different brand.

One of my favorite places to shop! Little high priced, but coupons and online orders actually make it cheaper than Walmart and any place is more tolerable than Walmart

Costumer service is terrible. The staff are snappy and rude. They act like they are doing you a favor. If I could give 0 star I would. Go somewhere else. They do not like to help you save money on your prescription at all. Is always a 30 minutes wait or more. When you have babies sick , kids in the car it makes hard . Then after you wait you come back they will tell you to wait 15 more minutes. They are pretty special. The worse costumer service ever.
