UPS Customer Center

I paid for 2 day shipping the driver was 6 miles from my house. He failed to deliver due to severe weather. Apr 20th 2018 it's a slight drizzle. They refuse to refund 2 day shipping charges. I could have had the postal service deliver it sooner.

I paid for 2 to 3 day shipping I ordered my product Dec. 23rd. The label was created til the 26th. So from the 26th to 29th at the latest. It's now the 31st and no package. How is it u pay extra for shipping and still get it the regular week which in turn its been 9 days.

Every time they deliver here they take it to the house without a number. My address clearly says #10. Our Christmas and birthday presents were late and the person who receives them refuses to bring them to us. She also gets her packages delivered to the wrong address, (our house). It is so frustrating! Also trying to call and the verizon number is disconnected. What a joke!

I'm told i have to be home between 8 and noon to sign for my package that contains a pre paid credit card. and then it gets dropped off and just left on my friggin porch for anyone to take..no signature from me like you were supposed too. not even a bell ring or knock. and i was home!! then you leave my box In the one puddle of water anywhere near my house that was full of school books! thanks so much

I have been sitting here in my living room waiting for the UPS delivery to show up. Literally checking my door every 5 minutes. Just checked my door and there was nothing more than a damn UPS sticker saying "We will try again on the next day." The jerk delivery person did not knock or ring the doorbell. Instead they just put the sticker on and left. Then, I drive down to the damn UPS store and they are only open from 4pm-6pm. The delivery doesn't even get here until 7:30 or later. This is ridiculous. I get it; the driver just wanted his shift to be over and done with as we are at the end of the day. But come on. This pisses me off that you couldn't even knock. Then, I try to call the number listed and it isn't even in service. Seriously, UPS. Get your stuff together. Beyond pissed right now. I leave town tomorrow and won't be there during your terrible open hours of 4pm-6pm. Thanks for nothing, UPS. I wish Amazon was affiliated with Fedex instead. You have one job to do and you can't even do that right.

I made an online purchase and they sent it to me by this parcel and they never delivered it to the house since it required a signature and supposedly the delivery people there was no one in the house to receive the package (which is not true) and they only left the sticker indicating that they did not find anyone, when I went to pick up the package I found that the office is closed I required that package before going to Mexico since it is a Christmas gift and I am going to Mexico and I could not pick up the package. Thank you UPS for ruining Christmas for my little brother.

Honestly if i could leave a zero star review i would. Our daughter is a disabled individual, she and ourselves have regular orders sent to the house for this reason, since February of this year they flat out refuse to deliver packages, we even went as far as to put a parcel box beside the road so the delivery driver didn't have to walk the extra 30 yards to the house they barely have to remove themselves from their cushioned seat and yet still refuse to deliver, our daughter had even went to pickup the packages in North Platte where they advertise pickups from 4pm to 6pm and yet they seem to be closed every other other time she goes and yes on different days of the week. This is not a good shipping company Honestly i would pay extra to ensure fedex does our deliverys, the customer service hot line is a complete joke as they either blame Amazon which we have several emails proving the opposite, or say the attempted delivery we have cameras so we have definite proof they never even pulled into the driveway or pulled onto the road.
