Very fast tire repair and change. Very friendly and polite. Very reasonable price. I only wish they had inflated the repaired tire to match my others, or inflated the other 3 to match it. As I drove away my car reported the repaired tire at 10 pounds more than the other 3.

I woke up yesterday to a flat tire and called around to inquire about having someone come to remove the tire and take it for repair. I was having no success finding this service and finally asked the last person I had called if they knew of anyone that provided this service as the tire was so deflated I didn't think it was prudent to drive on it. They suggested T.O. Haas. I called them and within a half hour an employee arrived, removed the tire and left to repair it. He returned about 45 minutes with the repaired tire and reinstalled it. I fully endorse T.O. Haas and wish I had purchased these new tires from them! The tires were purchased this past August and this was the second one I had to have repaired due to bad bead issues. I appreciate T.O. Haas and their policy to come to you when needed. Next time I need tires, I'll be going to them and from now on I will use them to rotate these tires as well. I bought the tires in Cheyenne WY at Discount Tires and intend on sending them copies of the repair bills for reimbursement, to fix what was poor installation on their part. We'll see how that goes. My experience with Discount Tires has not been positive so far. How did they not ensure the bead had been done properly on newly installed tires? Kuddos to T.O. Haas!!

T.O. Haas Tire & Auto has superb quality tires, reasonable prices, and superlative service. After I purchased tires appropriate for my truck, Anthony and Leonard installed them within the hour. Chris even processed a rebate application. Thank you, T.O. Haas!

They did a power steering pump on my 2006 F-150. I was quoted $418 - $570 and 3 hours of labor. After spending an entire day waiting they finally told me at 5 pm they wouldn't be done that day. Fast forward and it ended up taking 2 full days. But here's the silver lining! They honored the quote and I ended up paying $484. I will also say I totally believe them when they say they had issues with 2 bolts being seized up. So while I'm not entirely happy about how long it took or the somewhat lack of communication; they did the job, honored their quote, and were friendly and apologetic. I would use them again.

I really enjoyed my experience with T. O. Haas. The guys that work there are awesome and go out of their way to be of help. I purchased tires for my vehicle and the technician had my vehicle in and out in no time. I would highly recommend T. O. Haas to anyone that needs tires for their vehicle. On 9-29 I pulled into T.O.Haas Tire & Auto with a bubble on the rear tire of my RV. After speaking with Jack, he stated he could have one the next morning. The price was so good that I had him order 2, so I could install a new one on my spare. That afternoon Cody started rotating my 2 front tires to the rear drivers side & removed both rear ones. Put the good inside rear in for the spare, keeping the outside tire with the bubble ready to install new tire in the morning. My spare was removed having it also ready to change it in the morning. That evening Jack offered me what ever I needed to make my overnight wait a little bit enjoyable. Morning started at 7:00 with Cody changing out the old tires & installing new ones. By 8 am I was on the road. The unfortunate experience I had with my RV tire could not be more rewarding! I have never received such "Wonderful Service"! They were the Best! Thanks.

The employee at the shop in North Platte NE was amazing!! My son needed new tires on his car so he could make it home for thanksgiving the next day and they allowed us to pay over the phone because we live an hour away. I feel like we got a great price on some great tires!! I highly recommend this team!!
