Miserable!! They were so proud about their used parts they replaced, that didn't last a week after leaving the lot. I would not recommend nor buy from them again. I thought it was convienent, but it's been in shop too much ! Lemon car sales at thrifty!!

Last month we were in a car accident on our way through Nebraska where our car was totaled by a deer. We were towed up to 4th Street a few blocks away from Thrifty. I was able to work with Chris and in a few hours we walked away with a new car. The experience alone was very positive in the circumstances, but it goes further. Chris and I have had to work over the last month to figure out how to get the car Titled in Michigan (which has been a big mess on the DMV side). Chris has been amazing through this whole process and truly sets the example for the warm and loving MidWest! Thank you for everything and I hope many people work with them in the future!

My partner and I bought a car from Chris Brown on July 8. He promised to mail us the title but has since withheld it, instead dodging our calls and texts for weeks. (After purchasing the vehicle, I noticed that Chris will only answer the phone if I call with an unfamiliar area code. This is weird.) Chris hung up on me this morning when I tried asking for clarification regarding my car’s registration, as the car has already broken down entirely and I don’t even have the title to sell it. I contacted Thrifty HR, and the representative alluded to Chris having a known history of skeevy behavior like this. I suggest visiting a less-dishonest dealership; Chris has been unwilling to compose himself and appears unable to conduct business in conscious manner.
