Studio 6 North Platte, NE - East

It looks pretty as it is relatively new, and the staff was pretty nice, but as far as functionality, not so much. None of the rooms have a microwave or fridge. The third floor has no vending machines and no ice. If you want vending, you need to go to the second or first floor and if you want ice, it is on the first floor only. One ice machine for the entire hotel. The floors look nice and are either a vinyl or laminate material that is made to look like wood, but... every little thing you do echos across the entire room. I was afraid to listen to the tv at any sort of volume other than very low as I was afraid I would disturb neighbors. If it were carpeted, I feel like it would have been more insulated from echoing.

Best no-frills, budget hotel I've stayed in. The rooms were small but very clean and modern. Rooms entrances are all inside like a standard hotel, not outside like motels. For a place to sleep on a long road trip this was perfect. Don't expect a 5-star, or even 3-star quality room. Expect vinyl flooring, particle board furniture and no decor - but for $65/night it was perfect!!

Just to make it short and clear, here’s the list of the issues we’ve had in our stay: - old liquor bottle covered in spider web and bugs - wet towel left in the shower - floor is sticky - dust on top of the shelves and underneath - spider web by the fridge - no shampoo or conditioner, had to get them myself from the front desk - the employees were just sitting at the back corner and not attentive or apologetic about the shampoo or wet towel We were aware about the reputation of Motel/Studio 6 but since this building is brand new we decided to give it a chance. Well, so much for that. This will definitely be our last. Never going back to any Motel/Studio 6 ever again!

Front staff was very rude, sheets were dirty no shampoo, conditioner, two towels for four people, beds were hard as rocks one pillow per person, no refrigerator, no microwave, no hair dryers no ironing board or iron. Housekeeping had no dirty sheets when leaving other rooms that were vacant. All around one of the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel and room keys need to be re-keyed daily and wasn’t no advised of that at check-in, called front staff for toilet paper because we had one roll and ran out no one answered phone so had to go down in my pajamas to get toilet paper and she was sitting behind the desk eating ignoring the phone and asked are you the room who was calling

Beds are hard as rock. NO breakfast! No shampoo or conditioner. Rooms are nice, as they are new. The guy who checked us in wasnt friendly. He was dressed like he just woke up, and threw on clothes. Clothes were like he just got done working on a car! We had 2 night reserved, but checked out and booked a room to the motel next to motel 6 same price and more amenities and way better! Wont be staying at Motel 6 again!

The hotel is new and not generally beat up. The rooms are clean and large but sparse. The room could use another chair as it only had one for a two bed room. No desk chair, or a casual table either, but the room easily has the space for it. Front staff was very nice and made sure to answer all our questions and meet our needs. The area the hotel occupies is a new development and there is little to nothing for amenities, but many of the outlots have sold signs so I am sure the area will be nice by 2022.

Brand new, comfortable accommodations; is actually pet friendly (even has a well lit back patio to walk your pooch). Friendly staff. No breakfast, which is fine by me. The room I’m in has a little kitchenette with a small fridge/freezer, sink, toaster, microwave and coffee maker. Good deal for the price!

I had surgery at the hospital and these guys were amazing. First they did everything they could to make my husband and I feel comfortable and made it as easy as possible for me post op. The room was amazing, the bed was comfortable, the walls don't allow for much sound to come through so it's quiet in your room 90% of the time. Over all they were absolutely amazing and if you're going to ne in north platte and need a place to stay it's amazing also if you're having surgery at the hospital they have an amazing discount so you don't have to feel like you're breaking the bank. Also the suite we got for $44 a night had a full sized fridge and kitchenette with full sink. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat and I'd recommend it to anyone.

Nice staff, clean room .. housekeeping was rude trying to get us to leave earlier than checkout time so she could clean.

Perfect place if staying with a dog! The staff was very friendly and welcoming to our boy. Behind the hotel there is a large dog walking area with plenty of grass, shade, and trees. There is also a cute little trail going into the back forrest/golf area that we enjoyed and saw a few other dogs on our walk. The rooms are also very spacious and well equipped.
