I was treated rudely and less than. I'm an older woman & long time resident of North Platte. Big mistake Salon Nicholas. I will not recommend you to anyone. Big Mistake.

Great place! Easy location to find. Roomy inside. Owner and all the Stylist, Massage Therapist and Spray Tanning gal have Great attitudes with a Serve others First mentality! Highly recommended!!

This salon is outstanding. My daughter had a disaster with her hair for Prom and the super nice gals at this salon saved the day. I cannot say enough good things about this salon. Since that day, my wife and daughters only go to this salon.

The worst haircut I've ever had. I asked to have my hair cut at my waist and the stylist (MaKenna) cut WAY more off than I asked her to. I literally stood up and showed her where I wanted it cut. She proceeded to cut my hair while I was standing. Blows my mind how she cut an extra 6 inches off. Unfortunately, I was not facing a mirror while this was happening. When I saw how much she cut off I was SO UPSET. Not only that, it was easily the worst haircut I've ever had. To say it was uneven would be an understatement. I went to a different salon to have it fixed. The stylist who fixed it said the back of my hair was about 3 inches shorter than the front. Ridiculous!! When I made the appointment I specifically asked to have a stylist with mid-level experience do my hair. The stylist who cut it just graduated hair school 6 months ago. (Which I found out half way through the haircut.) Not mid-level experience if you ask me! I requested a stylist with mid-level experience for a reason. Clearly, this stylist needs more training since all I wanted was a basic trim and that turned out to be a disaster. I feel like my requests were disregarded a couple of times, from who I wanted to make an appointment with to what I actually wanted done with my hair. Very unprofessional in my opinion! I would not recommend this salon and I definitely won't be going back.

Honestly you should be able to give this place 10 stars. This salon and its owner are THE BEST. After a botched hair cut, Katie (the owner) graciously worked me in last minute. She worked literal magic & saved my hair. Anything done at this salon is worth the wait & more than worth every penny!!!!!! You won’t be disappointed!!!

Fantastic salon! I’m a fairly new client but Katie has gone out of her way (bent over backwards actually) to meet my scheduling needs and take care of me. She’s a pro and you won’t be disappointed. Her salon is clean, modern, and has a very welcoming vibe. I Love the cut and the color services that she’s done. I’ve also taken advantage of the mani/pedi service and that’s been a great experience as well. You won’t go wrong here. 😀
