Friendly staff, good product. The fries are THE BEST!! The meat is savory and I love the cabbage! Well done!! I prefer the original, the cheeseburger was too greasy for my taste. I can't wait to come back and try the vegetarian options.

It was OK, but I like In And Out double cheeseburgers and fries the best. Pinks has the best chili cheese dogs. Fat Burger is OK. In And Out double cheese burger Animal Style is the way to go. I wish there were a In And Out here in North Platte,NE.

First timer and these unique sandwiches did not disappoint!!! The service was great too!!!

My wife insists on a bacon cheese burger from Runza EVERYDAY! Now admittedly she is 7 months pregnant and Runza is her biggest craving. I'm glad I like it too because you don't want to make a pregnant woman angry. Probably the best review advice you will ever read.

Always enjoy the salad with chicken and Craisins. Service exceeded expectations. There were 8 of us, and they delivered our order to our tables. Outstanding! And the order was perfect!

First timer. Got a cheese runza and it wasn't great. Just not my thing - and I love all the ingredients separately, so that wasn't it. Just blah. Mushy. Bun too thin. Though, I think without all the warm meat, the bun might be decent. The fries were just fine. Onion rings were sub par, I've had better. All the employees were young teen boys. Most seemed to be goofing off. Heard some very loud sneezes in the back and was glad they had already put my food on the counter. Eek. One belched very loud at the counter about 15 minutes later, while we were eating. Won't ever visit another. Not my jam.

Outstanding food. Stopped for dinner on our trip to Illinois. So good we stopped again on the way back. Food was great. Dining room was very clean, and staff were friendly. Highly suggest visiting.

Runza and I both come from the same town. I haven't eaten there in about ten years and I was very happy with how little the original items have changed. I had a Runza and Fries. The Runza filling was perfect and peppery, and the fries were fluffy inside and perfectly crispy and krinkley on the outside.

Being from Back East, I never heard of this regional chain. And, oh how I'm waiting for it to make its way to Philly! The namesake Runza sandwich is unique and delicious, coming in about 6 variations (original, southwest, etc.). Staff was friendly in every location, and cleanliness seems to be a priority. Highly recommend!

My first time ever going to a Runza. I give it 3 stars because the sandwich was mostly bread. The fries were delicious, hot and crispy. Have to try a burger next time..
