QDOBA Mexican Eats

The food was terrible and the place was filthy and it will keep me from ever going to a Qdoba again. Should have left right after we walked in the door. Restaurant had a foul smell. Ate less than half of my burrito and threw the rest away. Garbage was overflowing. Servers were not friendly. Much improvement needed. Would not give any stars if I could.

I have never had such a horrible experience. First I ran in to use the restroom. Which was disgustingly dirty and just overall grose. Then I went to get my food and as a pick up order I was supposed to have cutlery included which it was not. I will say the 1 star was because their stellar employee Mark called me and notified me they were missing some ingredients we requested....which I truly appreciated and thought was GREAT customer service. However after opening my bowl it looks like they made no effort to make the dish. The vegetables were cut in such LARGE chunks there is no way anyone could eat them. Then the seasonings used were so heavy I was chewing them. On top of it all there were hard pieces mixed in and when they cut the cilantro they left the stems. I felt like I was a rabbit eating this dish. Awful! I am a Chipotle lover and this experience has cemented that in even further. Unfortunate!

Nice to see a Qdoba in a town this small. They seem to do good business.

Stopped in for the first time at this location on Saturday Jan 23. The tables were appropriately marked for availability, but the available tables were ALL dirty. We asked for a cleanup and received one, but that's the only table we saw get cleaned the whole time we were there. I'd think if that's not a concern in general at a restaurant, then at least with the pandemic more attention would be given to ensuring cleanliness. Staff were very nice.

If the service is good, you're going to get a subpar meal. If your meal is good, the service will be subpar. I don't drive through NE enough to remember this and consistently make the mistake of stopping here.

I give them two starts because the are advertising Mexican food. However is just a burrito place. I felt misled and I didn’t try the food. They shouldn’t advertise themselves as a Mexican restaurant, they should advertise themselves as a burrito place

One of the best Qdoba restaurants I’ve been to. Clean place, fast service, fresh food, and no charge for guacamole. And, they have a bar in the middle with TVs around the place.

Food was delicious. It was a great place to stop after a long day of driving to enjoy some food and have a nice cold one. Loved the bar situation!
