My husband is in the hospital, I called in and asked for an unusual request to have a phone charger and a beautiful rose delivered to him, without hesitation my request was granted, it means a great deal as I live 6 hours away in another state. Thank you very much for making it possible to see him on video chat, the rose is beautiful.

Not only do they do an amazing job with flower arrangments but they also have jerky arrangements. Had one sent to my dad for his birthday and he loves it and thought it was really cool. Very affordable as well. If I could give more the 5 stars I would!!!!!

They did a wonderful job with the flowers for my mom's funeral. Highly recommend them. The shop itself is pretty cool as it sells other gift things besides flowers and also includes a very popular hair salon.

Absolutely outstanding florist! The staff is exceptional and very courteous. The arrangements are original and prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend giving Lisa a call. (Not to mention, when you forget until the last minute that special occasion, Prairie Friends will bail you out and make you look like a King!!!) A personal professional experience. I found this shop here on Google, it had the most reviews and highest rating. It was a little drive into town but not too bad. The shop is beautiful inside, trinkets and things you can buy. The flowers are incredibly high quality. And fair price from what I could tell. They also deliver!!

Thank you for delivering this beautiful arrangements of roses! I know roses on Valentine's day are not cheap! But when they are this beautiful it's worth it! 😍 …

Our 7yr old daughter broke her arm at school and my sweet friend called Prairie Friends and Flowers to have something special waiting for her when we arrived at the surgery center. My friend ordered a candy bouquet and asked Lisa to add a little something else. Lisa added the cutest “warmie” elephant that can be heated or cooled and it has the best, calming smell! It was the PERFECT add on!

I have order flowers and arrangements for years, always amazingly beautiful. All the ladies have given me service with a smile, or put up with my phone calls and helped me get the right thing over the phone. No matter if it was for a beautiful centerpiece for a holiday, a special arrangement for a funeral, a birthday bouquet or just because I wanted some fresh flowers in my house. THANK YOU ALL !!!!

The customer service was great, until I cancelled. I worked with 2 gals on a custom order design via multiple emails and phone conversations. I'm in another state, and I wanted to order from a local shop, rather than some huge chain. Today, I was going to call to order, but I wanted to look at other gifts they offer on the site. Then I noticed I could order online. After I entered all my info, I got an error stating that the shop is closed the day I wanted it delivered (a Monday that's not a holiday), as well as the day before. I had actually just received a call from another local shop because I'd accidentally placed my order with them - the sites look almost exactly the same! They had called me as a courtesy to say that it seemed like I meant to order from Prairie Friends, and they cancelled my mistaken order. So, I called that shop back and re-ordered, since I'd had no troubles with the delivery date. Then, I sent what I thought of as a courtesy email to Prairie Friends so they wouldn't be looking for my order. I immediately received 2 short emails, the second of which was terse and accusatory, blaming me for not checking that the website may be having issues. If not for that reply I would have considered them for future orders.
