Very rude. Don’t use their services at all

How in the world is love's taking care of this place they lie straight to your face.They tell you have to wait 3 to 4 hours and then 6 hours later we can't get to you till morning the owner's of love's needs to get handle on this place ps: don't count on getting your tire fixed quickly.

Lazy and rude staff. Unprofessional workers.

Standard truck/car stop. Has a gift shop and fast food available. Easy off and on for the freeway

I have a 2011 ford f650 that was derating, meaning it won’t go past 5mph. The miscommunication at this place is of the charts. When I first called they told me they don’t work on my truck. I walked over to see if they can help me with a tool or explain to me how to take of my def filter because at this point it’s been two days it’s the weekend and I’m trying to get out. They didn’t help me at all. These where all white ppl and I can sense there kkk colors coming out if you catch my drift. As I attempted to fix my truck I became very unlucky and broke a coolant hose. So not only if my truck going slow but now I’m leaking. To get back to the story. My fiancé called and explain whats goin on they told her that they will look at the truck, than I walked over there and they tell me it’s 5 hours of work ahead of you but we will see you. Than they finally call me and tell me that they don’t have the connections to do a diagnostic on my truck, they haven’t even looked at my truck to tell me that. Because I’ve been to other love truck care and they ran diagnostic on my truck before. I had to go drive slow down the road to the ford dealership. One last thing I forgot to mention is that. The reason why they didn’t want to work on my truck is because there mechanic at this location don’t like working on ford. No love for me at the love. I will never take my business back on that location. I be all over the USA and each time I see a love truck care I feel safe knowing that if I needed help they would LOVE to do it. I don’t know now. I’m stuck and I still have 1300 miles before I reach my location

I called them for road service, they said about " 4 hours" but nobody didn't come ,I called them again and they said " Mechanic went home for the day " they didn't even called back and let me know

Wayyyyyy too overpriced. 790+ tax for an oil change. 6-7 hour wait time on top of the overpricing.I have never paid such a price for an oil change.

Stopped to get a mud flap Steven Peterson in the tire care was rude and unprofessional wanted to fight with me and had a very bad attitude. I will be logging a complaint with corporate.

Nick was the over night hand in the shop tonight. He was quick, nice, and knew his stuff. Best of all, I run an uncommon tire on my truck, and they had a full set in stock. I'll definitely be back.

I was only there for 30 min. The shower was clean but the towel smelled funny. Hours later I can still smell it on me
