Parking lot it not treated and they allow people to block fuel island and the employees stand arounf complaining about being bored.But arent doing anythiny productive like check out customers or work. Blue truck sleep in front of fuel island

I dont think they have one of the real dog parks here but they got this big empty field, which if your dog is good off leash is actually better, way more room to run around and play ball.

horrible customer service in the truck service's shop, waited All night and finally come time to be my turn the next day at 9:30 am, the millennial crew told me they don't have the parts but I do and you just need to install it so I can be get home for Christmas. then he said we are closed cause it's cold out side. completely shocked. thankfully there's a Boss shop behind flying J.

Somewhere on me top 10 Love's Travel Stops. Has diesel at every pump and very large in area for truck parking. Also, this place has a Subway for lunch (a lot healthier than McDonald's). One Love's that explains why I love stopping at Love's. IMPORTANT: If you are going east on 80, fill it to the brim here because the next Love's in Aurora NE does NOT HAVE DIESEL and is untruckable.❤💛💛🚚🚛⛽🌽🍉🍍🏁

Good truck stop, good facilities, not many parking spots but you will find one for sure. Showers and bathrooms are clean and well maintained. They even have a McDonalds and Subway onsite.

Got there at 9 a.m. to fix the tire it is now 6p.m. while the guys stand out side n smoke..But thank goodness for the night crew at least they hustle.for only have 2 trucks in headed of me it took 9 hour and that is a bunch of bull

Been here plenty of times normally no bad experiences but today really takes the cake. I have my company set up an air leak issue with the shop well before closing time no places to park 3-4 dropped trailers causing the issue one truck in the shop and by the time I go to flying j and call to ask what to do when there's no places to park as I am one of the very few who hates being in the way or of anyone they tell me I can park next to the shop long enough to check in. Since it's close to closing time I drive over and do that then they tell me we won't do anything til 7:30am now I cancelled the shop and waiting on a road call thanks for wasting my time.

My wife and I stopped here for the night and my wife decided to play the slot machines. However, when she put $20 in the machine, it took her money and did not give her credit. We spoke with management, but was told they could do nothing about it because the machines don't belong to them. Despite the fact that there are cameras on the machine which would clearly show my wife putting the money in the machine and despite the fact that if she had won the store would pay out, they could not reimburse our $20. We called the number on the machine but couldn't even get someone on the phone. That this Loves would have slot machines in their store they have no control over is beyond me...

DO NOT STOP HERE IF YOU NEED TO YOUR TRUCK FIXED! showed up at 1045A 09/24/21 this morning to have a tire patched on the driver's side rear axle outside tire. Was told it was a 3 hour wait! I was 3rd in line. the guy in front of me was told 2 hours and he left to go to another shop. I know this cause I saw him at the Boss Shop having his truck fixed(10 Roads). I went over to Boss shop after having a heated conversation with the guy at Loves tire shop. Great Customer service no pun intended! they had plenty of people(techs) not doing anything, both service trucks were at the loves, and the shop people were sweeping and wiping down shelves, sitting outside smoking, playing on their phones, but not working, not helping keep America Moving. its like we the truck drivers are an inconvenience to them, they would rather just milk the clock. this is what we as professional drivers have to deal with day in and day out.

I was in shower 1. There is no cold water in there which means there is no water pressure. What you end up with is scaling HOT water straight out of the water heater no matter how you try to adjust the handle. I dont know if they shut off the cold water in there purposely or if the posi-temp valve is faulty, regardless it was a very tedious process to take a shower trying not to burn my skin.
