Apparently they weren't to interested in a sale! Went in and asked to look at a couple 5th wheels, the guy acted like it was an inconvenience to him, went out unlocked 3 for us to look at, went back in to try and talk to someone about the one we liked and the gal at the desk had no interest in helping us, said the other guy went to post office, would be back later. Larry the owner came out, said he'd be with us in a minute. waited 1/2 hour still no help. Very disappointed.

Traveling through Nebraska during a blistering winter storm, my heat went out and the camper got to nearly 10 degrees. Concerned that we would freeze to death, started frantically calling to find someone to help us. Larry and his amazing bunch of guys in the shop saw us immediately, took us right in, expertly diagnosed and repaired the blower motor in no time and had us back out on the road. Larry and his guys are very friendly and knowledgeable and we felt very taken care of. Highly recommend!

I drove in to North Platte today and found that I had a leakage at the water intake valve and my refrigerator was not successfully switching from electric to gas. We were only going to be here one night. I called Larry's RV and Larry said to bring the unit over and he'd have someone look at it right away. He gets 5 stars for jumping right on the problem and got us on the road again!

Terrible service. I Helped my brother bring in his camper for repairs and when we went to pick it up they had broken both sinks, made repairs no one asked then to fix and still charged us for it. Set our 1,200 mattress on fire with no compensation for it and had no care in the world that it happened or that they broke the sinks. Then on pick up they were also trying to keep the camper longer to do more repairs that weren't needed. We will never be going back and suggest that if you want good, proper work done to find somewhere else to get your repairs done. Terrible service and terrible people.

This place is great The owner Larry is awesome and just talking to him makes you want to buy a camper I would recommend him to anybody

I've called multiple times to get no one I've emailed them over their site which is out dated to also get zero replies.

Lousy customer service! Plan to wait an exorbitant amount of time for any help and when they do get around to helping you they are unwilling to even discuss or negotiate! Only would offer NADA trade in for my trade in. The rub is they would try, and probably succeed at, selling my camper for $6,000 more than offered. Walked in today ready to pay cash for a new camper, and to support local business. Sadly we will have to look elsewhere and not local!

Very friendly family owned place. Didn’t hesitate to look at our Fifth wheel refrigerator, 10 min fix, didn’t overcharge us! Very reasonable bill! Thank you so much Larry, Ryan and John!

Called Larry's RV service & Sales Center for electrical RV help. Larry the owner himself walked me back to the technician who dropped everything to help. Turns out there was no problem at all, but my mistake. We all got a laugh out of it, and no charge for the Tach. 20 minutes later, we were on the road with no electrical problem at all. Thank you Larry, and the Tech. Everyone else on the sales floor were all very friendly and helpful.

Called in the morning, had a problem with my furnace. Larry answered and told me to bring it in and they would check it. I pulled in and they brought it right in, John took one look and said let me take a look. He said I have a good idea what could be wrong, opened the furnace and said I know what is wrong. He went and found a new part, installed it and said let's check that it works. Hooked it up with power and propane, wallah it started up and made heat. Great job Thank you so much. PS. My Grandchildren are grateful 👍😃
