Langemeier Heating & Cooling

The only Heating & Cooling company I ever call in North Platte. Every other company I've called have over charged me and haven't fixed the problem. Learned my lesson well and call Langemeier first.

They folks at Langemeier Heating has helped me twice now and have always done a great job. There prices are affordable along with super customer servic.

The service techs were fast, friendly and curtious. There was a huge amount of confusion on what the bill would be. We were estimated one amount then charged more than double that. We spoke to the owner and he was understanding but didn't budge on the charged amount other than taking off the $10.00 service fee, so we paid the full amount less the $10.00 fee. Three weeks later we receive a bill for $10.00 that included a nasty note about us not paying the full invoiced amount. In summary... They did great work, but the receptionist should not be allowed to work with the public, she alone has made us not willing to use them in the future.

Contacted them at 3:00pm about a furnace out at a rental where a sweet older lady who is on chemo lives. They immediately came over, inspected unit, checked their warehouse for replacement, gave us a bid and had installed by 6:45 the same day. We can’t say THANK YOU enough. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

Langmeijer Heating and Cooling has been taking care of our apartment complex for all our heating and cooling needs. Their guys do a great job, don't sell you anything unnecessary, and have reasonable response times. Their dependability and reasonable pricing is why I keep going back to them. They didnt ask or compensate me for this review.

Our 20 year old A/C unit went out a couple weeks ago and of the 4 places we called, only Langemeier was able to come out the same day. The technician did a thorough diagnostic and determined that we needed a new system. He stated he would give us an estimate before the end of the week. We did not get an estimate until the following week and my wife stated the receptionist was not very cordial over the phone when she called to check in. We decided to go with Lusk. They determined that the capacitor was removed and installed one, which got our old system functioning until a new one can be installed. I understand that we called at a very busy time in the year, but the customer service could be improved upon. I would have liked to have known that the capacitor was removed and if the estimate required more time, a phone call would have been appreciated.

Our geothermal heat pump was low on freon I called them to come work on it .they told us in the past that eventually we would have to replace the unit a couple of years ago. That time was a month ago I asked the tech to have Brent give us a bid , we'll it's been a month no bid , our heating system has been running on expensive emergency heat still no bid yet. We enquired another provider he gave us a bid within a week and it has been ordered .

We had them out because our central air has not been working properly. Constantly running and not cooling at all. Guy came out and checked the refrigerant, filter, checked the compressor and said everything looked fine. My 85 degree house says otherwise. Oh AND my husband is the one who figured out our condensate pump was all clogged. On top of that we just got an electric bill for $687.00 for one month because, guess what, ITS NOT WORKING RIGHT! I am livid!

Customer service needs some adjustments. I am a landlord and there was no communication on their part. I had to keep checking to find out what the issue was and if it was fixed. Gave my work number so they could contact me they kept calling my cell. I don't use my cell while at work.
