Janseen Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram was able to see me on short notice (1 hour) for an issue with my Jeep Gladiator while driving across country. I really appreciate their help in diagnosing the issue and fixing it. They really saved me and even had the random part in stock that I needed. Five stars for sure to their service department and parts department. The unsung heroes of a car dealership.

I reached out to Jared Lashley about one of the jeep I saw when driving by. I asked a lot of questions. He answered all of them and told me to come out and drive the jeep I was asking about. When I went out over my lunch break he hooked me up with Dan Collins who was very helpful and friendly when I asked prob some of the stupid questions ever about the jeep. I loved the one I test drove just knew it wasn't the right one. So Dan asked more questions and got me in one that I loved. The finance guy was very friendly and knew I was worried about my not so amazing credit score but when he got offers in he called a few to get them even better so that the payment stayed were I wanted!! The whole team was amazing and I went home with a New to me Jeep!! Thanks again guys!!

The vehicle had a recall out on it when they sold it to me (or at the very least quite soon after Id say within 2 weeks) and I was not notified of this, in fact they gave me a blank "vin search" paper, and then my grandfather heard on the news like 2 days later that there had been several deaths due to the recalled parts already and approximately a month later but before the solution for the recall was announced, I was in an accident where my vehicle was totaled and I simply recieved nothing more than a "Im sorry that happened". While they were polite, I also feel they didn't explain what they were doing very well and didn't word what they said very well as also I ended up being charged substantially more than what I was expecting. All in a pretty lousy experience

Where do I start. My girlfriend and I were traveling from Denver to Minnesota a week before Christmas and ended up getting two flat tires about 8 miles out of North Platte. After being stranded for the night, and getting a tow back to town, we dropped our car off over night at Janssens, not knowing what to expect in the morning when they opened. It was a Saturday morning, and they had a busy day with other service issues. We went in right when they opened and met Tyler, who immediately lended a hand and provided us with tire dealers around North Platte. He even let us borrow a loaner car to use to get around town, which was so incredibly kind from him and the rest of the staff. We ended up getting two tires and they went to work right away. Within the hour, they had our car up and running and also fixed our door that was messed up from a few weeks earlier, with no extra charge. Tyler, and the rest of the team truly saved us and allowed us to see our family over the holidays. I will forever be grateful for this place and wish I could give them 100 stars.
