Found these guys just by chance, we drive a 2013 GMC 3500, on the road full time, started throwing an engine light in CO, the dealer in Canon City could not get to us for a week. He reset and the engine light did not come on for a couple of days. Got here to Janssen in North Platte, tech checked code out, they had the part, and installed next day. The professionalism of the service manager and tech were top notch! The whole experience was great. Not that I want to check out every GMC dealer across the nation but these guys knew their stuff!

On a recent return trip from Estes Park, CO to Omaha my 2021 GMC truck needed an emergency repair. We tow a 30’ travel trailer. My truck was displaying messages that the trailer’s turn and brake signals were not working. We visually checked and confirmed that they indeed were not working. We had planned to stay overnight at the Holiday RV campground in North Platte, NE. I called The Service Department at Jansen Buick GMC and explained my truck’s problem. I talked to Jake Morris and asked if they could squeeze me in the next morning. He checked and told me they would work me into their full Schedule. The next morning I brought my truck in. Within an hour they had diagnosed and fixed the problem. They determined that our RV has a short which caused two fuses to fail. We were very pleased with our service and highly recommend Jake Morris and his team for service work at Jansen Buick GMC.

I was passing through town trying to get home. My 2021 GMC had an emissions check light come on so I pulled into Janssen Buick GMC dealership in North Platte. Jacob Morris, Service Advisor said he could look at it for me (no appointment). About an hour later fixed and on the road! Awesome customer service! Jacob never hesitated to try and figure out the problem and he did it with a smile on his face. Thank you Jacob!

7-5-2022 My wife and I have been traveling across America for the past 6 weeks and are on our return to the east coast our 2020 Buick EnclaveT needed the 2nd oil/filter and tire rotation from when we started. We went to Janssen Buick GMC, 2302 East 4th St at North Platte, NE. We were met by the Service Manager Jacob Morris and explained our needs and didn’t have an appointment. His response “ not a problem as soon as the mechanics start we will get right on it”. At 8:25am we were walking out to get in the car and continue our road trip.
