Holiday Inn Express & Suites North Platte, an IHG Hotel

The room was clean, well kept and warm. I appreciate the Multiple USB charging ports. The entire facility is clean and pleasant. The breakfast staff made sure the food holders were well stocked. They would engage the guests to see if they needed anything else, and were helpful at informing us about the weather conditions

Very comfortable, clean, good breakfast. Staff went above and beyond when I left an item behind. I called to let them know, they set it aside, and when I came back through town the man working the front desk (I wish I caught his name) arranged for the manager to come on her day off to unlock the lost and found safe just for me. I did not expect that at all and was so grateful to them!

The staff was wonderful and the room was clean and comfy. Breakfast exceeded our expectations and the choices were plentiful. I didn't realize it was an indoor pool or I'd have packed my swimsuit. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! NE, we will be back soon.

Complimentary breakfast selection was amazing- machine to fresh make pancake, various types of eggs and sausage, bacon, biscuits and gravy, cinnamon rolls, and many drink options, as well as fruit and cereal. Everything stocked and the staff was very nice. The rest of the hotel was nice (late night check in smooth, bed comfortable) but the breakfast stood out. Only cons: hot tub out and TV skipped a bit when watching a movie on cable.

The hotel itself was great. Great rooms, nice and quiet, comfortable stay. The breakfast was quite nice and everything was so clean. The evening check-in staff were capable but slightly rude and not customer-centric. One of them never even made eye contact as she checked us in, just kept her head down and rapid-fire questions so it could all be over with as quickly as possible. This is not the norm for IHG...

This is the BEST breakfast you will find at a Hotel. Freshly cooked real bacon. Many egg options. Biscuits and Gravy. Pancakes and sausage. Yogurt and cereal. Coffee and Dessert bar. Plus so much more. We were very impressed with the breakfast and the staff running the breakfast area. The staff were constantly cleaning surfaces, tables, and keeping the food options filled and refreshed. All with friendly faces and good conversation. During our stay we had some cleanliness concerns with our room. The front desk addresses this instantly. They were professional, understanding, and compassionate about the situation. We will be back through on our road trip adventures. If your wondering where to stay when your traveling through Nebraska. This Holiday Inn is a perfect choice with an amazing breakfasts and even more amazing staff.

This is a great hotel. Our room was clean and quiet. The breakfast was good and the breakfast staff were incredibly helpful and kind. We had a problem with our TV remote working and the front desk staff offered to run one up to us right away. The pool was a “normal” hotel pool but it was clean and the water was a good temp. I would 100% return here, and probably will next time I am passing through North Platte. Thank you for the great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! Arriving late last night, staff was ready and waiting. Check in was super quick. This morning, breakfast was incredible. There were two staff members who consistently kept everything full, walked around and checked on people, and pre-bussed tables. It was like a restaurant experience that you don't often get nowadays. What a refreshing experience! Thank you, Holiday Inn!
