I’m always surprised at how disgustingly filthy this place is. I come here for the fuel only if I have to.

The best fuel station I have ever been in. The food? amazing. The place? Clean. Ranae was super nice and even walked with me from the counter to find the right phone charger that I needed. If she didn’t help me I don’t know where I would be. Definitely not writing this review from my phone LOL.

Absolutely unprofessional, and just plainly an unpleasant experience! I was in the store for a matter of minutes, I happened to find an item that I intended to purchase, but before doing so I needed to decide which color that I was going to pick. At that time, I had an attachment for the particular item, as well 3 of the same item in my hands, trying to decide which color that I wanted to purchase. The attendant then aggressively approached me, very offensively, accusing me of opening merchandise. It was very plainly, clear that I had not done anything of the sort. I then held all the merchandise that was in my hands up to him, immediately showing that all the merchandise was sealed, and he was completely wrong for his rude, and false accusations. This poor excuse for a manager, was not only wrong in this matter, but was completely rude, and out of line, to approach an innocent paying customer in this manner. This was a completely unpleasant experience for me at this establishment. The way this individual behaved was plain harassment, as well as discrimination, and profiling, etc. I'm not sure who hired this hot head for management, but this was a very poor decision. He has no business being in a management role, nor does he have any sense of customer service skills, or proper business etiquette judging by this experience. I strongly suggest that he be trained in these areas if his employment continues further! Unfortunately I will not likely ever return after this experience.

Good food and service, showers had mold like most of the truck stops but I didn’t get a chance to gets pictures this time. Looks like the fountain drink setup needs clean but everything else looked clean. Cashiers were nice and parking was decent.

This place is about one of the dirtiest flying j's I've been to. The showers aren't clean the bathrooms are not clean store policy u suppose to clean and sanitize showers after every use. But that would be to much like doing your job . If you dont want to clean it up you should have done something with your life. The shower was still wet from the last person using it. This is how u lose business if you worked for me you'd be unemployed.

Has a Dennys. Clean bathroom, hot food, professional staff and even several spots when I arrived on a Satrday at 630pm. Well done

Showers looked like someone cut their hair Luke warm water Dennys sucks to nothing like burnt food oh yah fuel pumps don't work either

Everytime shower long wait I don’t know why they not clean shower if it’s ready for cleaning like very slowly Servics may be employees very very lazy here poor management and parking lots very tight

Poor customer service showers are not being cleaned in orderly fashion there saying it's a 45 minute wait for showers but clearly nobody is clean the showers on the night shift also are not requiring patrons to wear mask I seen a lot of people inside the store not wearing mask although it stated clearly on the door mass required when questioned about it The clerk says that O well because of people's attitude about wearing a mask , I don't enforce it The places overall dirrty was given a shower that was dirrty had to request a new one which was a little cleaner but still in all , The younger lady should be the manager the older ladies very rude and very disrespectful and should not be running the place, A lot of people were also getting called for showers and none of them were getting clean people were having to wait Me or nobody in my company will be stopping at this pilot in the future
