Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott North Platte

Super clean and nice establishment! We got a room with a king bed and a pack-n-play for our toddler. Great room, and has a thermostat that you can change. Bathroom was clean. Continental breakfast was great! They serve you breakfast, due to COVID, but there was a nice selection: apples, bananas, scrambled eggs, bacon, blueberry muffins (packaged), yogurt - really great selection! Staff was friendly and professional. Definitely recommend! UPDATE: came here again, and it's still great!!! We will definitely stop here again next time we're coming through North Platte.

My stay was poor because it didn't happen. I was greeted and i asked if they had any rooms and she said yes i have a few and once i told her i had an employee family discount code her whole demeanor changed. She went from being somewhat okay to completely rude and told me i had to book online and when we tried it said no rooms available and she said well i guess there are no rooms available. I was a weary traveler driving from Cali to Illinois my wife and I was just trying to do the responsible thing and not drive while super tired because we all know fatal accidents can occur. Anyway I'm sure the hotel was nice but that "karen" was not.

Safe and clean place to stay that is up to date. The pool was closed due to some damage from the day before and the breakfast was a big let down with hardly anything good. Premade sandwiches, waffles, and some cheese omelettes as well as breakfast pastries. I've had better at a hotel costing half the price of this. Work on that detail.

Proving to me once again why Wyndham hotels suck and Marriott hotels are the best after a long day of driving. Clean room, helpful staff, and an average continental breakfast. Would of left 5 stars but the bathroom didn't have a fan and the shower water pressure left something to be desired.

The Fairfield Inns aren't the greatest in terms of value or amenities, but we had points, so stopped here on a road trip. The room was not what we reserved (we asked for a king and were given two queens), but the room was clean, quiet and comfortable.

It was convenient location beds were comfortable and room was clean however no restaurants around so don't show up hungry there was a small diner we showed up at 730pm they closed at 8 and boy were they mad some even used the Fword not the hotels fault .

I’ve stayed here several times, but the hotel has gone downhill. The rooms are dirty. The air-conditioning is so noisy, there’s no way you can get any sleep. And if you shut the air conditioning off all you can hear is the noise off of the interstate. No way you can get sleep here. The Internet is ridiculously slow. I am a lifetime titanium member of Marriott, with hundreds and hundreds of rooms that I’ve reviewed, and I would never stay here again. If you’re headed west, go to the next town, and if you’re headed east, go to Kearney.

Stopped for night because of weather. Front counter person was awesome she was friendly and got us a room on first floor so we didn't have to navigate around. Breakfast was good. Finding the entrance in snow well good thing I had a truck because we ended up going through a parking lot like 3 other people.

This was a stopover on a very long trip. We were greeted by a friendly staff and given our room. The hotel and grounds are very clean and in great condition .Our stay was quiet and very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

I'm out in Western Nebraska at least once a month for work. I've been staying at this property for several years now. The place is well kept, has comfortable beds and a decent complimentary breakfast selection for the price. The staff are very friendly and always make me feel right at home when I'm there. The only complaint I've ever had at this property is the internet speeds. Having said that, I can only imagine that there just aren't many good options available for a small town like North Platte. Overall, I really enjoy my stays here and would definitely recommend it.
