Enzo Athletic Performance

Enzo is a place that is both for those who are serious about their health and working out along with a place for beginners ready to take the next step. If you want a cheaper option that is more self-guided or leisure you can find that in the local Rec Center, but if you are wanting community and high standards driven then you will enjoy Enzo. It feels more like a family rather than a gym where I do my workout and never talk to anyone.

Enzo= More than a “gym”. Family- sweat- tears- gains- muscle- laughs- high fives- fist bumps- encouragement !!! Come as you are! No one is left behind!

I’ve been here for over two years and I love it. Jason and kayla are great trainers and strength mentors.

If you want a place that challenges you, motivates you, and feels more like family, then Enzo is for you. Jason and Kayla are knowledgeable, friendly, and demand an encouraging environment. 100% worth it.

Enzo is the best gym in town hands down. We have been going over 4 years. They are caring, supportive and motivating towards everything you do.

We love Enzos. I have never been this motivated. Not only to do the best I can during this challenge but to make last changes in my life as far as eating better, being more active, drinking more water and spending less time on my phone and more time with my family. Enzo is an awesome place to workout and we are one big family!! I wasn't a big lifter when I joined a year ago just due to being a runner that runs 6 out of 7 days of the week. Enzo helped me feel stronger in my running performance and I enjoy working out with my gym family!!

Enzo Athletic Performance has changed my family's life. The wife, our two boys 13 and 17 and myself all go to Enzo! Enzo is a family atmosphere, we all cheer each other on and push one another to be healthier and stronger! Kayla and Jason the owners are the best, they help you no matter what you got going on with your body. They know just what to do in every aspect or getting a workout in at your level of fitness! There is no other gym in town better! The results show it from middle school to any age above that! Very thankful for our gym family! #enzostrong

Prior to starting at Enzo I had never been in an organized gym class and I also hadn’t lifted weights since high school. Joining Enzo has been the perfect fit for me! Jason and Kayla have created the most welcoming, positive atmosphere. Their passion for helping people be fit and get stronger shines in all they do!
