I take my car there for everything. My sister took her car to two different shops in town and no one could figure out what was wrong with it. I dropped it off at Ellett's and they had it figured out right away. They didn't have the part on hand but was able to get it that same day! Nice, hardworking, trustworthy people. They are reliable and get the job done right the first time. I recommend them to everyone! There is a reason that they are always so busy! Best place in town!

Dropped my truck off in the morning and they gave me a loaner so I wasn't stranded all day. Dave was friendly and up front, they don't overcharge and are fairly priced. Took care of my problem quick enough. If I have any vehicle issues I'll definitely be going here again.

They are always busy and usually a week out. They were able to squeeze me in a couple days after dropping off my vehicle. Reasonable shop rate. Privately owner and operated. Great people to do business with.

We're from MI traveling to Colorado.. The throttle body acted up and luckily we found Elletts! They got us right in and out and charged half of what I expected. Great service, friendly staff... Made a great experience out of a bad situation! Highly recommend!

Wow! We were traveling cross-country on I-80 and were super lucky to have the catastrophic oil loss occur right near North Platte. They fixed it up and I had an auto carrier pick it up and carry it the rest of the way. The front office staff are very friendly and responsive. The guys in the back do a great job. You guys make North Platte and Nebraska look amazing. I wish that there were more places like Ellett's.

Rude employees. Can’t help but wonder if it’s because I’m a woman and they weren’t willing to listen to my concerns about my car. was told that I could bring my car to be looked at then told multiple different time frames of when they’d even be able to work on it, then they decided they wouldn’t be able to work on it Would not recommend to any woman very poor customer service. was lied to, and said that they couldn’t get parts in for a 2018 vehicle towed my car to another repair shop locally. Was told it be two days before the parts were in and my car will be done the beginning of next week 10 out of 10 wouldn’t recommend.
