Comfort Suites

If I had the option I would give zero stars.. tried calling and someone answered but had a recording of someone saying hello over and over... so I hung up.. tried calling back and the line was busy so I waited a few min and called back and someone answered and played the same hello recording again!!!!! Very unprofessional and EXTREMELY childish! What kind of people do you have working the front desk???

Toilet seat was secured with one bolt, slowest wifi I have used, no pool or hot tub yet a premium price. Never never again will I go to Comfort inn or suites

Room was HUGE! Comfortable bed. AC worked great! Only complaints was room smelled faintly of dog urine. Upon arrival with pets we were given a “dog friendly” room. Good thing our male dog is well trained and didn’t decide to mark over the previous dog urine himself. Some other issues were that it took 20+ minutes to get checked in. Couple in front were waiting at least 10 min and then we had about 10 min. Nothing unusual with either check in. Pretty standard and routine. And there was a couple behind us waiting even longer. I think the older lady may have been new? She didn’t seem to know her way around the computer check in system well. Also, the pretty lobby with grand piano, etc was super dark. Only 2 lights on over front desk. Every other light off. It was around dinner time that we arrived. I thought maybe they had some power outage. But could be trying to save money keeping lights off? Lastly, internet stopped working about 2:20am (we use brown noise online for our dogs to sleep better with potential guest hotel noise). Internet didn’t come back until around 8am. Maybe they just shut it off at a certain time? Maybe it’s limited Wi-Fi? Also, pool was drained and hot tub closed. However, none of this was a deal breaker. We would stay here again! Reasonable rate for pets and gas station, coffee shop, bar and restaurant all within walking distance.

Spacious rooms and a good price. The help was very friendly and breakfast was great. It was also nice to have a large area to walk the dogs.

Absolutely 💯 unbelievable service. The lady at the front desk was so busy but never lost her smile and compassion for her job. Everything was great, the breakfast in the morning was pretty good as well.

There is Ev charging station which is a plus. Breakfast is included with stay 7am to 9am daily. Indoor heated pool and hot tub 9am to 10pm daily. Room was pricey. Was expecting more. Good thing we had a free night with hotels.com Probably would not have stayed there. Walking distance to wal-mart.

No pool, which is why we chose this hotel. It was there but had no water. That was disappointing. Take it off the website if it is no longer available. Some of exercise equipment did not work and the room was hot. The breakfast had many choices but the eggs and sausage were not warm. Plus it isnt served til 7 am. We are early risers. Most hotels we've stayed at serve at 6 am. Room was clean.

Honestly we didn't know what to expect from a Comfort Suites. We thought the place was new based on the excellent condition of the room and lobby area and were very surprised to find out it was 12 years old. The front desk folks were very …

We needed a handicap room and we’re placed in one of the nicest rooms I’ve seen. Lots of room, big bed, recliner and an actual seat in the shower. Very nice Comfort Suites!! We’ll see you again.

We pulled over half way through our travels. I was able to call the hotel, a real person answered and was able to book us a room for that night! She was nice once we arrived as well. The beds were amazing, but not the sofa bed for the kids.
