I would never suggest to anyone that they go here and will never be back. A couple we went with ordered prime rib - one medium rare and one medium.. both came out cold and gray. Asked for them to take it back and when it came back it was the same "steak" and luke warm. Asked for the manager and she was in the back and refused to come out. The waiter was nice and promptly offered to take both off the bill. Both looked and tasted like they had been sitting in water for a week. I have never refused a meal before but this was 100% inedible.

I had the best chicken fried steak I’ve had in years. Very good menu, and great atmosphere.

Being named after a famed gangster, the building did not bring any swagger in regards to a unique experience. This ranges from the building exterior to the plain nonchalant atmosphere. This reminded me of an airport lounge. The menu consists of average feel good food but nothing that sticks out as a signature item. There is by no means a vegetarian menu. All meat lovers here. If you want a distinctive experience you should go elsewhere.

GREAT atmosphere! Employees are very friendly and made sure we were well taken care of. I ordered off the breakfast menu and it was delicious. Went back the next day and had a couple beers at the bar. They have beer on tap from Peg Leg, which is also worthy of 5 stars.

The servers and staff working were funny and personable. The cheeseburger I ordered was well cooked and didn't taste like overly processed cheap meat. The prices were fabulous as well. I will definitely be returning so I can try the variety of others foods offered, including peach pie!

A new restaurant and it's in the initial stages. Our waitress was very pleasant and made the meal enjoyable. Only a couple of weeks old makes any establishment go through growing pains. They seem to have the potential to be really good. Our meal was fine and the sides were really good. I especially enjoyed the homemade potato salad. Our entrees were chicken fried chicken and the walleye. The sides were backed potato, French onion soup, green beans and potato salad. We split a peach pie with ice cream. Our waitress was Micha and would not only recomend her but I will try to come again and ask for her.

Really good food and had a great time! With the shortage on staffing everywhere and this place being new, your patience will pay out with their fabulous food! We had a long wait but they’re new, short staffed, it was FULLY packed and we understood the wait and it was worth. If you go, just be nice and understanding.

I had chicken fried steak which wasn’t great at all. Had to add lots of salt and pepper. Underside very soggy, the piece of meat was too think for a chicken fried steak and I like breading but it just too thick and didn’t make the grade. The beer cheese soup was the highlight so would recommend that. Fries very basic and blah. Husband ordered prime rib which I thought was brave. He doesn’t like to say anything bad about a restaurant but when he says it tasted like bologna it must have been terrible. Hash browns good. He didn’t get his 2nd side which was coleslaw. Service was fine. We had read the review so knew this place was risky but had hoped since it was still fairly knew they had worked out some kinks. Still work to do to make this a decent place to eat.

Staying at a hotel across the street. Was curious why a "Bar & Grill" would be open at 7:00 AM. I asked the hotel staff, which said they serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Walked over for breakfast. Had the eggs, hashbrowns, and hunk of Keilbasa sausage but wanted side of French toast instead of pancakes. The server had difficulty understanding what I wanted and had to repeat three times! Eggs were cold, hashbrowns too crunchy. The Keilbasa was split and grilled and was great! The French toast was great, albeit lacking in cinnamon flavor. They made up for it by serving warm syrup! They forgot my side of toast as I asked for sour dough. It arrived later pale in color and the consistency of Melba Toast. I could not eat it. The server apologized and took it off my bill. My bill, including the 15 % tip, came to $16.46. I can't rate Capone's higher than 1 because of these issues. Unfortunately, they use China that easily chips. My plate had a chip on the corner. One wonders where the chip fell into, hopefully not into anyones food. This issue alone can cause serious litigation problems for the restaurant. Unfortunately the dining room staff uses a gray utility cart to clear the soiled dishes from the tables. Then they use the same utility cart to serve the food with. Recommendations: 1. When food is completed, serve immediately while hot. 2. Closer supervision of kitchen staff and recipes. 3. Immediately discontinue use of current China. Replace with non-chip china. 4. Train DR staff to use trays and jackstands.

Picture pretty much says it's self. I was staying at a nearby hotel. I ordered takeout since it was the closest thing within walking distance, besides the pub across the street. Stay away from this place. I will never order here again, and I often pass through here since it's off 180.
