Confusingly bad service. Sat at bar for lunch. Bartender left for 20 min, another girl behind the bar ignored us completely the whole time we were trying to order. The robot is cute and all, but it’s the only employee working in this restaurant. We finally got up and left :/

Waiter was very kind and we got our beers right away but the food took an hour to get to our table and this was 2:30 in the afternoon. . The Buffalo chicken salad wasn't anything but old lettuce dumped on a bowl with chunks of Buffalo chicken in it. I had the chicken caprese sandwich. The chicken was good but the bun was so soggy I just ate the chicken. Very disappointing.

Brigham's was recommended by our hotel desk clerk. We were in town for the evening and we're looking forward to watching the KC Chiefs game on 1/21. Only NFL game on in that time period. The bartender said that they could not turn on the game until it started. They were showing 6 or 7 other sports channels mostly on college but they still wouldn't change just one of the channels until the game started! They only had about 8 tables full and 6 were obviously Chiefs fans, 1 Jaguar fans and 1 with no outwardly sports affiliate! They finally turned the game on about 20 minutes after kickoff. How's that for customer service!!!! After our food was delivered by a stupid robot, we never saw our waitress again! Food was so, so! The standard made else ware and microwaved stuff. That evening I started feeling ill. We continued the next day to our final destination. On Wednesday 1/25 my wife demanded that we go to the ER to find that I have food poisoning. Hospital test diagnosed me with Salmonella in my system. I felt fine until about 3 hours after eating there! Sure destroyed our vacation!!! DON'T go there!!!!

First service was not good! Took forever for our waitress to do anything. Very disappointed in my burger. It was like a little hockey puck. We never could find our waitress. And one of our burgers we wanted it well done and came rare and had to send back. Super disappointed.

Waited almost 10 minutes to be seated, then decided to the bar to get take out instead but was ignored by the bartenders. There were 2 guests ahead of us waiting to be seated so no idea how long they had been waiting. 2 more customers waiting with credit cards out to pay but they never got assistance. Another North Platte business with poor customer service. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Terrible place never go here. Went in waited for 10min to be seated while all the servers had a party by the bar joking and playing around. Then once seated we had to put the tables together for our group and were told to wait for server to take our drink orders. Then waited another 20min and never had 1 person come over to take an order. The menus were dirty and sticky. The server robot looked homeless somehow with stains and spills all over it. Worst experience will never go in there again and will tell everyone to never go there.

Lady who took our order was super friendly. However, we have been waiting over an hour for our food. Wait times are ridiculous and they aren’t busy. Pretty pricey too.

New to town, looking for good wings… bone-in wings 6 for $12.99 or 12 for $19.99. Menu was deceiving, over priced and server was unfortunately not helpful. Sodas were $3 each, onion rings and sweet potato fries were $3 each on top of $13 burgers…. Fish and chips = fish nuggets…. looked like elementary school lunch… Tried to address concerns with server when bill came … we were met with disregard… Tip… less focus on the new robotic cat server and more attention to quality of food and service.

Robot? Perhaps you should order food instead, so you're not out of everything. Also the human servers have to tend the robot constantly so it's worse than nothing. Terrible food, the bathrooms are remarkably disgusting. The wait staff are adorable.

VERY EXPENSIVE for the amount of food. Loaded tots for $10.99 & you get 12 little balls…also, we went to order the Brussel sprouts & the waiter said “no, they are heated in the microwave…you want the loaded tots”…it was very slow service & the amount of money we spent $176 ($20 tip) for 5 adults & 2 kids…we didn’t get any drinks other than soda…VERY DISAPPOINTING! We had went back in October of 2022 & it was so much better then!
