07/30/2021. They are ripping of the people. Mistake that they doing, they want the costumer end to pay. I went there to change a trailer tire. I had only 30k lbs on the trailer. They told me to release the trailer air brake to “equalized” the load to lift the front axle of the trailer because the Jack won’t to lift it because was very heavy. I released the trailer air brake, They lift the front axle where had the flat tire, and the rear axle ended on the air. They start working on the tire and a big explosion occur after a couple minutes. Rear passenger axle air bag explode by over inflated. (The one was on the air) They told me that I have to pay for that because the air bag was old. I told them no, you have to pay for that because it’s your fault. They told me that they don’t care what I said or thinking but, I have to pay for that. When was their fault. I did called corporate, no help at all, when was their fault.

Granted they got me in quick I needed a tire .They had a used none recap tire. After everything was said and done paid closer to 400$ for a used tire and labor. That’s pretty unreal. Everybody is getting rich off of us these days because of the convenience. Thanks guys for..... idk the fast work?

Very unprofessional service. Asked to change one removed wheel, it was only necessary to change the tire, the wheel was removed from the truck. They said to wait 1.5 hours, then they said another 3 hours, in the end, 7 hours of waiting passed, and it took 15 minutes to fix the wheel. Thanks to them for my time.

Sorry to say, but I was pretty disapointed with this shop. My RV blew a tire just 15 miles from their shop. The good news is they had 2 tires and came quickly to get me back on the road. That's where things went south. Although the mechanic who came out was great, he did not have the tools on his truck to complete the job. My 2 boys and I ended up man handling one tire to get it changed. I hope the "Boss Man" uses some of the $350 roadside fee he charged me to buy the tools needed to outfit his trucks. What should have taken 1 hour turned into a 3 hour ordeal.

We called way in advance to see if they could fix something on our way through. Once we showed up the guy told us we had to wait till the lady came back because he couldn’t leave the desk. We watched a lady walk in then he walked out got into a vehicle and left. As we told them before we arrived that we had livestock on and couldn’t sit for long. That’s why we called in advance because we couldn’t be sitting forever waiting. We have them a rough estimate on time we would be there just to make sure of there wasn’t someone ahead we would be able to get it fixed and on our way. We ended up having to leave so we weren’t sitting there waiting forever.

Great service fixed my tail lights in under an hour. Mechanic was very knowledgeable, and helpful. Great work from the front desk also thank you for getting me back on the road in a timely manner.

Called them at 8:15 pm for a road service and called them back at 9:22pm and got told they didn't know anything about it --absolutely worst service ever--they claimed they called but have no missed calls and never saw a service truck--the national dispatch called me back and stated they didn't have work order for it after the manager said they had tried to call--totally worthless service from them

Had a pm b (oil change and lube) and also an annual DOT inspection was out in about an hour. Guys were friendly and efficient. Thanks!

1 star because one of their technician came and look at my truck, and he spent only one hour. They charge me for 3 hours extra.

This is worst shop ever been to. About 9 am for tires and they say 2 hrs run a truck in for oil change and waiting on another truck but they can't even start on our tires. Can't you do both even with one tech? Run me in and start on tires stop to take care of the appointment truck and come back. I don't care if there's only one truck, stop lying. Straight up say you make more money on oil changes than tires
