Best Western Plus North Platte Inn & Suites

This is my go to place in north platte. The staff are great, rooms are large, comfy and clean. Breakfast us more than the ordinary. Best of all. They welcome pets, my 4.5 pound travel buddy appreciated that

Booked the room on Sunday 10/23/22 for 1 night stay for my driver that broke down on the road. Driver left next morning on Monday 10/24/22 and never came back because his truck was fixed and he got back on the road. On Wednesday received my bank's statement with 2 separate charges for staying 2 night there which never happened because driver on Tuesday was thousand miles away from North Platte. Called front desk on Wed to dispute this and very rude lady **Hayley** explained that female called on Monday to extend stay. I'm a male and the one who was responsible for the payment and all verification of my identification including address and phone number. Even after extension never received any confirmation over the phone or email. This report will go to BBB as well.

Easy access off of the interstate, but far enough to be quiet. Staff was amazingly friendly and genuine. There was a variety of breakfast options that were surprisingly tasty. Room was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious.

Love, love this hotel location Nice decor, beds that are super comfy, big and spacious clean rooms, rooms under my allotted per diem (always a plus in HR eyes-great for business travel stay overs). Great variety of breakfast items, great cozy fitness room, impeccable concierge service...if you have to stay in the area for pleasure or work...I highly recommend...they got it decked out in here ❤️if I had more time here, I would stay a couple of nights..5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐kudos to the staff!!

Dog friendly, clean hotel with exceptional breakfast, friendly staff. Loved letting our dogs run loose north of the pet area in the empty event parking field. This is our second visit and we will return. Delicious dinner at Luigi's as well.

This was a very nice hotel we stayed there last night the front office staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend hear if you’re passing through this place

Great place! Has a Hot Breakfast , but changes daily. Our day was eggs, sausage, bacon, hash browns, biscuits and gravy, toast, bagles. Also fruit, waffles. With coffee, apple/cranberry/apple juice, milk, & hot chocolate. Beds were comfortable, rooms spacious. TV, coffee maker, and fridge in the room. Would definitely stay again.

Loved that the hotel was pet friendly! 😺Amenities were good! Beds on the other hand were very uncomfortable and hard. Did not get a good nights sleep. Doors started slamming at about 7:30 am which is an hour earlier time zone for us so we were still trying to sleep. The doors kept going for a good hour. I checked in the hall and it was the maids cleaning. We were informed when we checked in that the maids would start cleaning the rooms at 8 so to make sure and put the tag on the door to not disturb. Hair dryer was broken. breakfast: omelettes are good! Bacon burnt.

Fantastic experience. When we arrived, the desk was busy and Jessica E. served each customer cheerfully and efficiently. The room was clean and had a coffee/make-up counter outside of the bathroom. It included a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment cold enough to refreeze our ice packs. Breakfast was excellent - scrambled eggs, omelet, bacon, dairy-free oatmeal, breads including a gluten-free option, yogurt, fruit... I can't remember the rest. Lots of choices and staff kept it freshly stocked. The entire hotel was clean and well-maintained. Morning staff was equally friendly. Great stay!

It was was the best hotel that we stayed in on our trip. The front lobby was very nice, and large. The staff was very friendly and very helpful when we needed anything. The room was large size and it was great that they offered a King Bed with a Queen Bed. The pool was very clean. The whole place felt clean. The only thing that was a little off was the water pressure when we went to shower. Otherwise it was very nice stay. The breakfast was great as well.
