Applebee's Grill + Bar

Good food, and the staff were far and above the best service we have had, anywhere, since Covid. Chuck was our waiter, and he gets 5 stars. All th e help had a smile on their face.

Food only 5 star because they didn't have the coleslaw leotards prepared for the tacos. Our server was amazing. She was very busy and did a fantastic job!

My family of 6 went in for supper and it took 55 minutes to be seated. Spoke with the manager on duty LeAnn about this and the fact that a party of around 20 was seated before us and arrived after we did. She did not apologize she just stated that they had been waiting a long time. Never saw her leave the bar area or ask any tables how things were as I would think a manager would do in a restaurant setting. Our waitress Meagan apologized for our wait. Meagan did a wonderful job helping us once seated

One of the best bar tenders Ive seen in a long time. She sings a ton of songs and is wicked quick for service. I ate at the bar and the dialogue with frequent customers was awesome it's more than a job for her.. the food was hot and tastes as expected for a large chain restaurant.

The food was pretty good, but I had the sirloin which was VERY salty. It was cooked to a perfect medium. Jazlyn was an exceptional server. Attentive and friendly and she kept up with my husband’s tea which is not an easy task. Would have given 5 stars but the saltiness of the meal was a bit much.

We stopped in at 6:30 left at 8:00 we had bourbon shrimp n chicken, cheddar bacon chicken, 2 house salads, kids cheeseburger and as an appetizer pub brew waffle fries. Salads came out fast never got our appetizer asked about it server went and checked kitchen said “waiting on fries to thaw”. Asked again about them and ended up saying forget them we didn’t want them with our food! Server was awesome brought cheeseburger out for our toddler finally! Our food arrived chicken was burned so bad it slivered when cut and couldn’t even chew it! Bacon was burned to a crisp. The server kept apologizing for his kitchen. He managed to get us a discount but seriously for the wait and food should have been better! Wasn’t even a full house! Applebee’s use to be good but even the one in Sidney we had horrible service! We won’t be going back to crapplebee’s!

Awful and disgusting. Ordered a late night dessert and ended up with a 5 inch long hair in my ice cream. GROSS.

Gave overall 5 stars because it was veterans day and they were busy. Gave individual 4 stars because it was veterans day and they were busy. Hope that makes sense. Steak was ordered rare but served medium. Waitress was friendly and professional but wasn't able to check on us often. Very packed, but it was a holiday, so overall the experience was exactly what anyone would expect. Not complaining one bit, just sharing the experience. 100% would go back! Also, a big thank you for the free meal for veterans!!

I was not impressed by this location or the service in general. I ordered food online to be picked up in store. This was the first time picking up food from an Applebee's and didn't get any info on where to go once we got there in the confirmation email. Why doesn't it say something about there being a shelf by the kitchen where food orders go? The Three Cheese Penne was overcooked and the noodles were huge. It tasted okay but the chicken was so tough I could tell the person cutting it had a hard time. And chewing it was difficult. I ate maybe half and I am glad I ordered a side salad. They can't over cook that! My husband's Oriental Chicken Salad was decent. The Chicken Wonton Tacos are delicious but not something to get as to go. Better eat them as soon as you get them in your car so they don't get soggy and fall apart.

I really wanted to give a better rating, but one employee made it very hard to give 4 stars (really wanted to rate a 3, but actions speak louder than words). First, I want to say that our server Amy was awesome! She did great, was prompt, courteous and friendly! Food was good, one of the kids even wanted to try the "impossible burger", and he said it was almost as good as a real burger! Now, the front of house kid, Jacob, is maybe not the person that should be greeting guests. He is loud and obnoxious. And no, I'm not just being a Karen...cussing, crude jokes, just general inappropriate behavior from anyone working with the public. And no, it wasn't just us, there were a couple of other tables that also heard and complained to the manager. Also, great job Mr. Manager (sorry, I did not get his name), immediately addressed the front of house, and even removed Jacob, which made our last 15-20 minutes there much more enjoyable.
