We would definitely stay here again. We were on a road trip from the Chicago burbs and made reservations online before arriving. It was walking distance from a bar/restaurant area which meant we could leave the car in the lot. The breakfast was just what we needed...cereal, coffee, toast, and fruit. I had a great conversation with the owner about Henry Hill staying there...yes, from Goodfellas! It's a little off the beaten path, but well worth it if you want to have some food from places other than the big chains.

The owners are so friendly. Awesome to our Dog. The place was so clean! For the price we will definitely stay here again if traveling to Colorado! If your looking for a nice comfortable bed with clean rooms and good night sleep but do not need all the fancy stay here!

This is an older motel but is a very good place for an economical stay. The pool is lovely & the people that work there give it that extra special charm. Very clean rooms, nice continental breakfast, & pets friendly for just a $10 fee!!! Exceptional stay for the price!

Nice to support a locally owned business, reminded me of my parents former resort. A actual key for the door, beds comfortable, simple & nice decor. Clean room, cute walk in shower, nice breakfast area, great coffee. Friendly owners. Affordable and met our needs for our quick over night.

Clean, comfortable, cost effective, dog friendly, furnace heated rooms. Best part was the friendly and helpful owners who put a lot of pride into providing good customer service.

Great rates exceptional service, clean and quiet rooms, and all the amenities that have been lost after covid at other hotels. Full continental breakfast, soap/shampoo, and blankets on the beds. Will be back if ever in North Platte.

This inn is run by a very lovely couple. When we arrived, my reservations that I made online were mistakenly for another day. Thankfully they had a room availability and assisted me with the refund. Comfortable beds, continental breakfast, and warm smiles in North Platte. Couldn’t ask for more.

No Stars at all for my experience checking in for a one night stay. The owner’s ,especially the women with long grey hair, was more than rude with me. First she claimed my credit card used to make the reservations the week before was a wrong number than what they had. Okay I said I would use my Debit card. She then asked for our IDs. We presented our drivers license’s she went in the apartment in the back and got her husband . She said my license did not look like me and intimidated that it was not mine! I was perturbed now, I told her that as a nurse for 35 years I know what customer service is and you do not. That was it for her she continued to tell me I was a terrible person in so many words. but my son standing next to me was much nicer because he was witnessing the interaction and was disturbed as I was but quiet and as shocked as I was. Her husband’s explanation was that they have had local individuals that rent for a week or more and deal drugs from their rooms. No excuse for the way we were treated. I have never been treated this way as a paying customer before. I did not get a receipt email or otherwise for the night stay. My mobile banking application notified me immediately that the charge has happened. She was having a bad day? Nothing should have made her as rude to a patron as she was to me and my son.

For a 2 star hotel this was a really good stop-by for the night. Even though its a little off the highway and the rooms were outdated, the room itself was very clean and cozy. For example, the towels were clean and fluffy-ish in comparison to those rough bleach towels that are usually given at hotels/motels. Shower pressure was good, and the bed was really cozy and I was able to knock right out. In addition, it's only $10 pet fee in comparison to $20 for other hotels/motels. Lastly, breakfast is included.
