I hate the self checkouts. I am doing the job the cashier's once did and you took away their jobs so you can make more money. Shame on you.

9/10 the staff is always ready to help and have an acceptable attitude. I also don't think I've ever really seen this store dirty at all besides the common here and there things when you have an establishment of that size ( maybe a shirt that was dropped or fell off the rack type of things).

Small town walmarts like this one are always useful. The people here always help out. And I like shopping when they change my oil.

If I had to rate WalMart on my last visit, a 2 would be very kind. I frequently leave there annoyed, but mostly at other shoppers. And, oh, the mess that the pandemic thrust upon us. Sometimes an item is there. Sometimes you wont see it restocked for months. Whether the reason is inventory issues, political motivation or whatever, it's so tiring and frustrating. Help is scattered and hard to get assistance. Self-check out sometimes is fine, unless your cart is overflowing because you shop 1x a month and you must scan then bag. Only because, locally, they truly are lowest cost, do I continue to trade here. But grudgingly. Corporate doesnt value customers. Nor does it value their employees. And that is so apparent in so many glaring and obvious ways.

ABSOLUTE INCOMPETENCY!!!!!!! Not only did the delivery service not deliver my stuff when I had a window from eight to 9 o’clock at night, but they said it would only be delayed for two hours so I waited up till midnight…. then finally contacted someone who said it would be taken care of, but instead they canceled the order without my permission ( no one ever reached out to me through call or text). The next day, after talking to the ‘manager’ of the curbside and delivery, he insisted it would be taken care of if I do a curbside pick up (since that was under Walmart’s control and he would assure that I would have my goods as soon as possible). —-But when I tried to make the reservation for pickup online, the earliest was two days out, and when I tried to contact the manager to hold him to his word to ‘make it right’ , he wouldn’t take my call and had his associate tell me there’s nothing he can do. —- So now I’ve waited three days past the original date, it’s supposed to be picked up at five to 6 o’clock, and I just got another alert saying it’s going to be delayed again by at least two hours and of course the manager can’t take my call. — Fire these people, immediately! This is being reported all the way to corporate and I hope everybody is completely taken off this incompetent operation. I have pneumonia and I cannot go to the store, and I have gone three days now without medicine or food that I have needed. When a business makes a commitment online, it is a form of the contract which you are legally liable to uphold or make it right.

Not much on the shelves food wise. No coffee! They keep taking away the great value breakfast coffee. We can't even order online! Sucks

Should not have feel like I need to clock in to get my groceries and do my shopping. Walmart will always get the lowest rating possible from me until they put actual cashier behind registers to help check people out.

Of course it's a place to save money but you really don't save that much because you can't even find the stuff that you need over half of the time! I refuse to go to the store but only if extremely necessary. Half of the time getting help in this store is worse than pulling teeth too!

Don't like having to go past the pan handlers and kids selling stuff at the entrance every time I go. Employees picking groceries for online orders have those big carts that are difficult to get around. Could be better.

The bakery is absolutely phenomenal. They worked quick and professionally to get all these cakes done for me. The kids loved them and i would definitely be getting more cakes here. Also i can't bet the prices.
