I had a tire problem for 3 days now and first day they couldn’t do service when they were open and I needed it done right away cause my tire was about to blow so I bought the tire and then went in the next day and some reason they can’t even do it cause the person couldn’t do it right the 3rd day I got it in for a different person to do it right and he got it but can’t get the tire on for 5 hours what the heck kind of service is this I’m never going to Walmart auto for service any more it took them a total of 8 hours to get my tire on

Horrible customer service. Said they couldn't change my oil because they don't have ways to dispose of the oil and we're trying to tell me my oil filter is in the wheel well. Seems like a bunch of high school dropouts that don't know anything about cars or working. Do not come here.

If you have a lot of time to spare then this is the place for you. Store was very understaffed and many excuses were given when asked why the delay. Price was ok.

Tire center is joke. Tell you one thing on the phone. Show up 15 mins later. Cant help you at all.

Only rated it one because I had to. My car was fine their was nothing wrong with it. Routinely carried it for for an oil change three months ago the guys at Jiffy Lube that tended to the car said everything was ok rotated the because of uneven wear on the tires. Went to walmart to get my oil changed and the car hasn't been leaking until those auto repair men TOUCH MY CAR!. Yeah and they do make you sign a disclaimer if any damage or anything in your car goes missing Walmart is not responsible. So going to Walmart auto for service your f#😡*&!

The young man name is George very helpful, funny,friendly and a true young gentleman!!! He carried my jack to my car and didnt skip a beat when an older gentleman who was obviously not having a good morning was on the rude side and did everything he could to ease this mans grumpy mood and sass.... awesome job George!!!! This guy needs a raise or a paid vacation lol!!!! Or both!!!

Outrageously long wait. Employees taking breaks together while customers lined up and waiting. Manager could barely look away from his computer to talk to customers. Whole experience unusual as same location has been much better on past visits.

My car broke down in the parking lot and the WOMAN MANAGER for automotive had no idea what to do, was extremely unprofessional and sounded like she didn’t want to work… MAYBE SHE SHOULDN’T.
