This company has done great work for my house several times. Few years back they installed a ERV system in 1 day and just a few weeks ago they fixed with a clogged main sewer line on a Sunday! I was super impressed with on the clog call, it didn’t cost an arm and a leg for a Sunday call and the tech was very friendly and a pleaseure to work with.

Rude beyond belief(carl). We have used them for years, but the last 2 visits, cinched it. We will never use them again if there were a negative number thats what they would have gotten

I have used Volkman since 2012 living in rentals and with the house I own now. 2020 has been a horrible year for many financially. What makes it worse is actually catching the virus. Somewhere I misplaced 2 bills from them. It went unpaid and I didn't find out until I called to schedule a service. They said I had a deliquent account and that it is in pre collection status. Well I paid it as soon as I could, about 1 and a half weeks later. The bill was 298. I paid it and it was sent to collections anyway and told me they closed my account permanently. I think this is total BS and have done well over $5,000 worth of business with them over the years. The other big company in Norfolk gets my business from now on and I think others should be aware that they don't care what your status is. Money Money Money. Your office does not reflect what your labor workers do. They are polite and get the job done in a timely fashion and the office is quick to make decisions like this.

Had them Install a new heater in winter so the service man said to have them come back when the ac was running and he would check it because he had to cut the line to install the new furnace. Well called and they came and guess what they charged us for a filter and a service call. All i asked for was to check the unit. Been using them for 20 plus years. Guess we will be going with someone else from now on and wont be recomending them at all anymore.. We did wait a year to have it checked because last year had alot going on but i didnt know there was a time limit to check stuff.

Steve with Volkman has been out to assist multiple time, most recent issue was for after-hours assistance with a water heater. Quickly arrived and quickly solved issue, Very please with the help I have received from Volkman.

I appreciate the service we received at my business, Magnolias, where we had a sewer emergency! Carl and Todd worked for several hours to fix the problem. It was a huge challenge but they were able to resolve it and get us up and running again! I appreciate their professional service!

Fast, efficient, upfront. Beat their arrival and cost estimate twice. Each (separate) issue was fixed right, the first time, for cheaper than anywhere else in town. Friendly, competent techs as well. Also added plumbing and fixed a whole home humidifier (not part of estimate) for the exact estimated price. Not one penny more.

They're always helpfull, the times I have called with questions or if I need plumbing parts, great service!

Our furnace motor blower went out just before the major cold weather that's about to hit. They were a life-saver in getting it fixed for us right away. Amazing service!
