Hi I want to leave my impression on them are very racist with Latinos, and when they see that they speak little English more. They also do their job very badly. The reality is that I would never want to visit them again but sometimes the need forces me.

What is going on with the mail service?? I have not been getting my mail, payment statements where mailed on the 6th and have not gotten them yet, never had a problem before.

The new location is inconvenient to get to if you walk. It was much better when it was on 4th street. Other than that it's in person service is fine.

Lazy group of people. Never answer the phone. Don't deliver mail till the day is almost over.

No one ever answers my phone calls. Lost my package and now I am out $90. No one is willing to help and I have to sit on hold for over an hour each time just to talk to someone about the case on their 800 number. This post office is just lazy.

No problems with the service at the building in person but there is a problem with the mail delivery to a address. I haven’t gotten mail in 2.5 months and I’ve never had this problem before, I even called and the phone rep said that all my mail has been delivered but i never see it in my mailbox. I even get mail to others who don’t even live at the address I stay at anymore. What’s going on?

We really need a drop off box that bigger prepaid package can go into and be able to get a drop receipt like most places have. I’m always either trying to get past people or wait in a very long line just to place a package on the counter and sometimes there’s no room to put things it’s pretty small area, plus anyone could just take something from it, there’s only ever one or 2 people working , it would just be so much easier if we could have a drop for our bigger things scan and get a receipt it’s about time the Norfolk,NE post office updates to the real world of today instead of outdated style of put it on the counter and hopefully no one takes off with your prepaid package.

My package is supposed to be here on Friday 27, 2023. But it didn't and it has been 3 or 4 days. My sister order a clear/pink waterbottle that contain charms and sticker. Do a better job cause If I don't get it in time. I better get a refund. This never happened before. :(
