Service was fast and professional, took my pickup in for an alignment. Truck pulls hard right now. Called back after driving it and they said it's "tire pull" "try rotating the tires" wich tells me they didn't test drive it after the work was done or that probably would have been addressed or done. As far as the complimentary inspection, they said everything looks good. I know for sure it needs brakes, and various little leaks and squeaks that should have been mentioned. I'm not impressed with the quality of work done.

All of the positive reviews you’ll read about Wade on here are absolutely true. My appointment was scheduled for a Saturday, he knew I had other engagements I had to get to on a short timeline. A spot on his schedule opened up a day early, not only did he remember how important that would be to my timeline he cared enough to call me and let me know I could get in a day early. He answered all my annoying phone calls and did everything exactly how I asked. It was my first experience with T.O. Haas and I’m more than pleased. I’m in the same industry on a different scale and I can assure you Wade will provide you with the STANDARDS that you expect from a tire/service shop. Plus the bill was $40 less than I expected! Way to go Wade and your crew, thank you!

Excellent experience. Called at 7:15 AM for quote on 4 tires for my travel trailer camper and they were able to squeeze me in an appointment for 10:00 AM the same day. I arrived 10 minutes early, with the installer outside ready to back me in. Went inside and I confirmed my tire request with front desk. Drank a cup of coffee and 15 minutes later I walked out with my tires installed on the camper and paying the same price quoted over the phone. Overall great experience.

They were extremely helpful when I was trying to decide which tires to buy. They made sure I got what I needed and did not try to get me to by something I didn't. They have been quick and courteous when I get my oil changed.

I will not be going to any other tire shops. They were fast efficient and friendly and the prices are the best around. Try them and you'll never go anywhere else
