Time 2 Shine Auto Detailing

Would not recommend them. Poor service. Not very helpful at all. Give you the run around and can't even get the price straight. Not only do they give you the run around, when they say they will be there at a certain time to meet you they aren't I had heard a few bad things about them before I went there, but I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt and see for myself. Absolutely was not impressed at all. If you want a shady business to buy a car from then they are definitely the dealership for you!

Time 2 Shine will be the only car detailing location I will use from now on. I called a number of locations in Omaha and never received call backs to schedule an appointment. So when I was in Norfolk for family obligations I contacted Time 2 Shine and Alfredo worked my vehicle in the next day. The clear coat protection makes my red vehicle shine like glass. Not only did he make the paint job look amazing, he made the rims and wheels look brand new. Then I opened the door and it smelled and looked like a brand new car, even when it is 4 years old. I highly recommend TIME 2 SHINE for all your car detailing needs. I’m planning on bringing my husbands truck here when I’m back in Norfolk. Thanks Terrie

Alfredo always gives the best customer service and provides excellent results at a fair, reasonable rate. Vehicles are spotless when we pick them up and he even gave me a ride back to work when I dropped it off. Everyone there is super friendly! 5 stars for sure!

Met Freddy for the first time this morning. I have a 2021 palisade which had lost it's shine and had a lot of water spots that I tried to remove with no such luck. Freddy got me in right away and within 4 hrs I got a call from him saying my car was done. When I pulled up I couldn't believe my eyes. It looked nicer than when I bought it brand new. Kudos to Freddy and his team for an excellent job!!!

Fantastic work by the crew @ Time 2 Shine! I had some nasty water spots all over my BLACK truck. Alfredo and the team took the time to explain my options and let me choose what would be best for me and my budget. They not only knocked it out of the park with the buff and polish but did it the same day!
