Called to order flowers/plant for a funeral in Norfolk since I could not attend due to distance. They called me at the end of the day and told me they did not deliver the flowers/plan to the funeral. "They forgot." I would suggest using a different flower shop.

My wife has loved every arrangement I have gotten from The Village. The staff have always listened to me, performed as promised, and delivered when they committed to do so. I highly recommend them.

Communication to your delivery driver would be great. They were meant to be a surprise. I specified that. You left a note instead and now she has to go pick up her plants ...

We are extremely disappointed. Asked if hydrangeas, lilies, astromeira, irises, were in house. Said yes. Specified no carnations. Asked to please send photo of arrangement when completed cuz we are out of state. No photo received, however did receive gravesite photo from relative. I understand now why no picture was received from Village. Arrangement had roses, carnations, gladiolas, with three irises, the only flower we requested.

We're from Indiana and googled for a floral shoppe with gifts. The Villiage was the perfect fit for our needs. The owner Amy was so accommodating and helpful. Loosing a parent is never easy, but she made us forget about that for a few minutes while finding my mother in law something special. Thank you so much for all you did for my family!!

I had a great experience with Village Flower Shop on a last minute funeral arrangement that they had no problem taking after I had a terrible experience with their competitor. I appreciated their helpfulness and understanding of the last minute order. I will use them exclusively in the future.

Received a beautiful bouquet of flowers from my husband after surgery. I got them on a Thursday afternoon by Saturday they were already drying and looking horrible! It would have been nice to enjoy them for at least a week. He wanted extra flowers put in. They were obviously an after thought and everyone dried up. Not impressed. I'm sure he paid plenty too!
