The service was good the staff was excellent but they didn't have the part that I actually needed kind of surprised me but overall it's a good place to shop

I always find what I need from Home Depot...great place to shop and great deals and the service is A1...the second I had a issue the cashier jumped to a register to help me and get me checked out and on my way...that's service...that's why I come back...Well done once again Home Depot.

Ray is the Man! I recently needed a generator to power a vertical lighting rig. After assembling the lights, it became clear that the generator I had was not powerful enough. Ray assisted me in the return of the initial generator, the acquired the new generator and a quick "crash course" in how to operate the new generator. He even assisted me in getting the newer, heavier generator to my car. Thanks Ray!

Patrick was soooo helpful! We came in Home Depot not knowing what was what or what we needed. Patrick came and helped us right away. He was so friendly and it was only his 3rd day! I appreciate him so much! Thank you Patrick!

I had a bad experience at Home Depot no one really wanted to help me for what I was looking for so I had to do it on my own and when I found them I got them and when I went to catch out I told the lady I had 30 of them and she charge me for 300 so I was a little bit confuse why was was too much when they only cause $.93 First I thought because I bought more stuff but they were not expensive either so I went to the car I noticed as soon as I went to the car I was looking at the receipt and I noticed that the lady charge me 300 of them I went back to the store and I told the lady does that look like 300 to you that’s only 30 of them and she was like you’re lucky you didn’t go home and noticed it at home because you would’ve had to come back but I mean once again what I have prove that I had 30 or 300 I know for sure they were going to fight because they had to return me back some money what made me mad is that it was not three dollars or two dollars were you like I don’t want to go back but it was almost 200 and something I am not saying not to shop there I’m just saying be careful and look at your receipt Like literally look at your receipt every time you get out of the store if this happened to me it could happen to anybody.

Nice helpful people/the store has lots choices for products.

Very frustrating customer service. Total lack of care for the customer experience. Their website showed they had 66 of a specific product, we spent time searching store for it and it’s not there. They won’t price match with a product they do have. Just told us “well it shows we have it, but we don’t know where it is”. Not willing to to do what’s right for the customer. Better off heading to Lowe’s or Menards!

The one thing I enjoy more than plants is catching them on sale! I was happily leaving the store with my new "plant babies". I saw a lady outside the plant section. I asked her if she could help me place my items in my car. She enthusiastically agreed. During our stroll to my car, she showed me a picture of a baby bumble bee close to a flower. ( How did she know such a picture would bring me so much joy?) In this day and age, it's rare to find someone who believes in "stopping to smell the roses". Her name is Lindsey and she is the store manager. Not only was she kind, she showed personal concern. How her kindness touched my day! Wishing you peace and wellbeing, Lindsey.

Buying things online could certainly be better, but in person it's simple enough.

Very organized, went in to get some adhesive spray for a recording studio setup and took me less than 3 minutes to find the product and exit. The staff helped direct me to the isle. I’ve also talked to customer service online about a day earlier, and I had one of the most laid back insightful conversations in a while when asking about the Gorilla adhesive spray.
