I buy most of my Milwaukee tools from Home Depot. Prices seem to be competitive and frequent deals can be found.

Very patient and cordial customer service. They helped me figure out my order. It took awhile but the customer service agents were really nice about it. I can virtually find anything that I'm looking for here and if I can't I can usually find it on the Home Depot website.

Self checkout people were helpful and very friendly, gave a box to hold my plants I bought.

I bought items that were used and sold to me as new. They were missing screws and other parts. There was even a note from a plumber about the used toilet. I had to pay yhe plumber extra because of all of yhe missing parts. I can't believe that Home Depot sells opened returns for regular price. They need to have a clearance section for this. As far as my used toilets go- I live an hour away from store and when the plumber told me they were used- I couldn't return them- I was paying him A LOT to install toilets and vanities.

You would think that a mega corporation could afford to have better credit card processing equipment. Have to insert chip card 3 times and then swipe. All check out stations are like that, and customer service told us ahead of time that would be required. Also there is one functioning personel check reader in the store and you have to go to that location to check out. Major pain to check out and it backs up the line. There were also no cashiers on duty. Self checkout only. I hope they get a good deal on that substandard system. Workers were friendly and knowledgeable, and the store had what I needed.

If you are interested in replacing any of your appliances or purchasing them for the first time, you need to talk to Ruth at the south Home Depot in Lincoln Nebraska. Ruth is by far the most knowledgeable person I’ve ever met. She is so willing to help and provide options based on her vast amount of experience.

This is really sad. Of all stores that I would expect this from, Home Depot was definitely not one. Now granted, customer service here is questionable at times so I guess I shouldn't be surprised that they would allow a symbol of our country to get torn up and faded out like this.
