Food is always great. We usually order the fried chicken dinner and the Reuben meal. We have eaten several different items and they are all great. My kids love the cheese balls and the fried mushroom and cauliflower is great. They make their dressings homemade which is always delicious. They also have a variety of homemade soups. If you’re looking for a down-home joint that has homemade food and a slow paced vibe this is the place for you to go. Nowhere here in town can beat their prices either.

This is the best place in Norfolk I found to eat the staff is extremely friendly and courteous and the food is over the top I would recommend this to everyone

Got a couple of chicken dinners to go and a salad.... Used a cooler bag to keep the hot stuff hot, and I threw the salads in the cooler to keep them good on the short drive to Neligh. Good dinner with my parents.

Great food, price and service. My adult daughter loves the French Cheese Sandwich(breaded, deep fried grilled cheese sandwich) a must stop when we're in the area.

Two of us from 2 hours south of Norfolk were meeting 1 from an hour north. The Granary is a perfect meeting spot for us. It is on the main road so it is easy to find. They kept my coffee cup filled and hot and my companion's ice tea glass filled and frosty as we waited. Service with many smiles. Then we ate. Stuffed full with comfort food goodness. This has been the family meeting spot for years. Nobody wants to change.

We wanted to get some dinner while visiting Norfolk and remember some good times in the past. The meal was extremely good and the prices were better! Our waitress , even though busy, was very good and stopped to chat with us. We left extremely satisfied.

Great prices. Good food. The vegetable soup was amazing! Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Bathroom clean and nice smelling. Fast service.

This place is always busy for a reason and that is the AWESOME food they make and serve. Plus they have great customer service and home atmosphere!!! Bonus...low prices!
