They would get 5 stars if it weren't so run down. The service is 5 stars. Food 4 stars. They now have cocoa bombs - best in Norfolk.

I've been going here since a young kid. I'm in my thirties now. Still same great taste! I'd recommend the raspberry shake and a Tastee Cheese. Always friendly and always fresh.

I love the malts but they don't get the malt mix stirred in very well, even after asking them to stir it a little bit extra to make sure . Here lately they haven't been very friendly either no smiles very short tounged with you unpleasant voice and in all reality just act as if you are a bother to them

Decided to try instead of Dairy Queen. I ordered a cookie dough blizzard (like a blizzard) thing. All that was in there was vanilla ice cream. Barely any cook dough and it just didn't have any flavor. The prices were reasonable but not for the product I got.

A home town tradition that's always on my "to do" list when in Norfolk. A true time capsule that still offers great food, friendly staff and reasonable prices. So glad this small family business is alive and well! Tried the cheese curds this time and adding it to my list of favorites!
