Even though they're short staffed they always have fast service and are very helpful. I always enjoy my taco runs at this location

I don't know if all fast food sucks now - probably because they are substituting soylent green for food. But this is the first time I thought Taco bell sucked. For 45 years I liked it. But i didn't finish my food. I never do that.

Friendly service but for the 3rd time in a row they were out of half of the items on the menu. This is something that has occurred each visit over the course of 3 weeks. I don't know why, but I will be taking a long break from here simply because they are always out of so many items.

I feel like lately they just don't care how they make your food. Either they make it wrong or just don't put anything in it! I ordered a crunchwrap and got basically a small taco. Terrible service. Prices higher and less food.

Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been too. Food is never properly made, always forget your sauces and staff is rude no matter who you get or the hour. Always out of products and overcharge for things and get mad when called out on it and refunded. Just go to KFC or McDonald’s.

I went to Taco Bell to pick up dinner for my son when he says, "Mom, isn't that sweatshirt she have on racist?" I looked and could not believe my eyes that staff working was wearing a sweatshirt with a confederate flag while on the clock. It's appalling that an establishment could allow such a thing to happen.

The crew was very unprofessional. Ate lunch here September 4th. The soda machine in the lobby was out of carbonation, and no one did anything to fix it. When asked to have the glass filled from the drive thru, it was done with an attitude of rolled eyes and a big sigh. I wasn't the only customer that mentioned the problem. Also, their language was horrible with frequent use of the "f: bomb. Totally unnecessary!

Twice in 2 months now I have seen these people turn someone away and tell them they need to speak English better if they want help. In that same 2 months I have seen toddlers playing in the kitchen by the hot cooking equipment and heard one customer scold the kitchen staff for dropping f bombs in front of their children. I only keep coming because I have to come here for the work I do. This place is out of control. Staff is racist and management does not care. I have called corporate twice now and nothing has changed. This place is disgusting.

Ordered the nachos fries box on the app, paid on the app, picked up our food, no nacho fries. We were informed that they had been out all night... but we got charged for the nachos fries box anyway. They refused any substitutions, and refused a refund! We paid for food we didn't get, and they refused to refund our money! Pretty sure that's theft. Negative stars.

Went through the drive thru and ordered soft taco Supreme and got barley any meat and some cheese. Can't do your job, quit. Your service and abilities are less than desirable. Learn to read. Done with the taco bell in Norfolk, Ne.
