Superior Wash - Benjamin Ave

Very rude owner! He approached me about using the trash cans and asked if I was going to vacuum, I said not at the moment I had left my tokens at home. He Harassed me saying I needed to give him 5$ for using the garbage cans. Do NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS CAR WASH IT IS A SCAM!

Omgosh...the employees are awesome. Always helpful & smiling .. a great morning experience as always ~ wishing you the best of holiday season... I'm thankful there are still ppl w heart out there!

Do not use this carwash if you drive a truck as it will NOT wash the tailgate. Likewise, any long vehicle will not get adequately washed. Staff suggested using the manual sprayer to wash afterwards, but that defeats the purpose of an automatic carwash. Not enough soap or water pressure yet dryer too high to adequately dry a truck nonetheless a small car. Staff was friendly and offered to wash the back of the truck for free (which should be expected) but we were in a hurry and didn't have time to get another wash. Wish someone would have a conventional roller brush car wash service near there.

A couple of days ago I took my car in and paid for the $12 wash. I had bugs on the windshield and front end when I got home. Today I washed the bugs off at home and hoped that the attendant would be there (about 11:00am) but he wasnt. So I paid another $12 and got my cat washed again.

The automated wash does a very good job getting road grime off my car. The manuals are all in good working order and they take debit cards. The staff are also friendly and helpful too. A great place to get your car washed.

The owners need to go through the wash to clean up their act. If they think they're going to stay in business treating customers the way they do, they must be blinded by the soap. Can't wait for the new, modern car washes to open in town. This place is going down the drain if they don't make changes.

Just down the street from my house, so very convenient. Good service, great pressure, good vacuums. I can get in and out on average day for half of what I'd pay at a drive through car wash, and I can take my time here and go over the car for things that might need my attention that would otherwise be overlooked.

I hate to say this because I've always given this place my business. I purposefully don't go to the new ones to help keep the tried and true open and running. As a small business owner, these things mean the world to me.Today I only needed to vacuum my interior. As I was finishing up, I sat in my car to look at my grocery list. Before I pulled out, a man approached my car(the owner) and flat out accused me of dumping trash and told me I had to pay for a wash or use one of his services in order to throw trash in his bins. He told me he had been watching me the entire time and that it appeared I was just dumping trash. I asked if he had cameras which he didn't respond to. Because if he truly had been watching me, he would have seen me place my $2 worth of quarters slowly into his vacuum machine AND throw out some trash as I was vacuuming. I understand he may have issues with people throwing trash into his bins without paying for services.....but as a business owner myself...and as a PAYING customer, I felt down right mistreated. Get rid of your darn trash cans if it is such an issue that you are willing to accuse customers without any proof. It's bad business and a sure fire way to loose respect and loose return clients. I highly recommend making sure you know 100% someone is only dumping before you make yourself look really bad and disrespect a client. Long story short....I won't be back.

All the amenities work although the brushes look a little dirty so I’d avoid brushing down your car due possible paint scratching. Personally I don’t like this car wash because every time I’m there (day or night) the owner seems to be there and kinda harasses you about what you’re doing. If you sit in your car trying to get change/tokens he’ll come up to you almost immediately to tell you that you have to use the amenities or leave. I understand you don’t want people loitering however maybe give them more than a minute and don’t stare at them from afar it’s weird! Personally wouldn’t recommend due to owners uncomfortably rude behavior.
