Recently had a whole system replacement and they went above and beyond. From the initial consultation to install I was considered and informed the whole way. They addressed my concerns and made sure everything was perfect before they left. Their sales man was professional and not pushy. Their install techs were clean, professional and clearly experienced. Overall 10/10 would recommend.

TOTAL SCAM!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND CALL SOMEONE ELSE. THEY USE FEAR TO SELL. I called them for service on my heating system (10+ years old) this October. The tech performed the inspection. All seemed good until I got their findings. Major repairs were "recommended" the least was $182 and the "recommended" repair was an $3k (likely low for the true cost) upgrade of my unit. It was implied/threatened that my system would not make it through winter. I got a second option form Action.

Trevor was prompt, courteous and professional. He did a great job cleaning and testing our (very) old furnace. He answered our questions about future replacement. Overall we were very happy with the maintenance visit and would welcome working with Trevor again. We also enjoyed meeting his work associate from Absolute Comfort.

Trevor was on time, very professional, new exactly what he was doing got it done in a timely manner. Explained everything to me. Very affordable. And when he left I had peace of mind that my furnace was working properly.

Fabulous service !!! I would highly recommend them from Abe giving be options for a new hvac system to lance and his team doing the instal I couldn’t have asked for more. They were professional and took great care to protect all flooring and walls while hauling out large equipment out of a narrow staircase . They were on time both days and communicated throughout the install. Everything was gone over before they left and they helped us set up the app to control our new system. I don’t have one negative thing to say , they far exceeded my expectations ! Thank you for the great service !!!

Brad was extremely helpful in setting up my new garage heater. I had a lot of follow up questions and he was very willing to pickup and walk me through everything I needed. Great company and great service techs!

Star city ended up needing to spend the day reworking my return air duct work that was original to the house. The original installers during construction did not install it correctly with adequate air flow engineered for the size of furnace blower causing it to make a high pitch whistling sound. With some quick design changes designed by Doug, the ductwork was done in 8 hours and fixed the issue. Clean, courteous, and quality work!

The guys were here on time, did an amazing job, we would definitely refer them to friends and family. Their salesman Daniel took the time to explain everything to us and answered all our questions. He was very polite we enjoyed visiting with him.

Brandon came in and assessed our situation and was very responsive to the issue we had at the time. He was also great to work with as our fix, although small, was important to the functionality of our system. Communicated all steps very well and easy to work with. Recommended every time. Trever M came out to do our maintenance on our heating and air unit. He was on time, courteous and went over what he all did. All the while working and our sons husky wanting to say Hi. We know our unit is very old and on its last leg and in the near future we need to replace it. While Trever was here we got estimates on what some parts would cost to fix and also made us an appointment for estimates on newer unit as well so we have an idea on what we will need. Since we started using Star City Heating few years ago I highly recommend them.
