I highly recommend Soundworks for tint and anything stereo related. Phil and Jonathan have been so awesome. I had a stereo and subs installed in a new-to-is us vehicle and we’ve had a few bumps along the road. But these guys have continued to work with me, have patience with me and they’ve had the most amazing customer service ever. And very bound and determined to get to the root cause of the issue so everything works as expected. So I thank you a great deal, Phil and Jonathan, for everything you’ve done and all you continue to do to get things taken care of. You guys are the best!

Great selection of aftermarket parts. Staff greeted me with smiles all around. They are very knowledgeable about what they sell. The install was seamless and product sounds great! The staff are also super patient if you need things explained more in depth like I did. Overall great experience and would absolutely recommend them.

Sound Works is a fantastic place to take your business. I had a Rockford-Fosgate subwoofer installed and they did a wonderful job. They used only quality components to wrap up the installation. So no worries there. I also had the front windows of my vehicle tinted to match the rest of the vehicle. They did a great job with that also. It only took a couple hours for them to complete both projects. They even kept my dog happy while we were there. Sound Works will be getting all the business I can give them in the future. It's a superior business!

Most of the times i rate a place for what they charge. This place isn't cheap, most people can't afford prices like this. But it's ok. Sometimes i want to treat myself and get something good quality no matter the price. And for what they charge, this store is not very welcoming, front desk guy is most of the time looking at his computer, i mean i know cheaper stores and they are great people and very welcoming. The work they did.. is okay, but I was supposed to get it done in 3 hrs. Nope. At the end it took 2 days and 5 hours. 5 hours to tint 5 windows. WOW. I was expecting a 5 stars service. Nope. It seems like they don't know much about the products they sell, the lack of information was evident. For me it was just 2 stars. They could do better for what they charge

I paid 430$ to install a 8in sub with a built in amp and a radio I already had before I came in. The radio I had went bad so I bought a new one from them and after they installed that it stays on after my truck is turned off and the sub isn’t producing any sound. I live 45 minutes away and drove here for them to tell me to come back tomorrow. If my problem is fixed my rating will change but there’s no reason I should be almost 700$ in the hole for a 8in sub that costs 250$.

Jhon was very helpful for my purchase of a level 6 dc audio 18 and a 5k dc audio amp I also purchased xs titan batteries and a 320 amp alternator as well as mesa 0 gauge and fuses thank you soundworks

For starters, I want to make it known that the owners attitude towards my experience was very honest and caring. He and he alone would be the only person I would trust my vehicle with. Overall, I was satisfied with the install done. (Component speakers I brought it). Sounded great and was done very quick. Yet, when you visit a professional audio store you would expect professional results. The technician working on my vehicle seemed to show no care for the interior of my vehicle. After it was all said and done I left with a pair of working component speakers, but on the other hand an alternator whine, misplaced tweeter pod adapters/emblems, tape hanging from passenger door, and a broken sunroof.
