My most recent visit was to have a lost filling replaced. The staff worked me in as soon as they could and I appreciate them taking the time to fit me in to an already busy day so that I could avoid having pain. Awesome work yet again!

I had nothing but good to say about this office……UNTIL I missed an appt because I was sick-I called and informed them that I could not keep my appt. I had a 2nd time that I had a family emergency-again I called before my appt. time to let them know I could not be there. The response I got was that I was no longer considered a patient and that I’d have to find another dentist because they refused to treat me. COLD.

had an extraction this morning and they were fantastic. nice people and fast work. only downside is they have a sign out in the lobby that says they don't do payment plans so make sure you have the cash ready to go.

My whole family comes here now. It started with an emergency extraction a few years ago after hoirs and we have come ever since. The staff are very good with kids and adults. They take the time to explain things to you and don't just think of you as another $$$$. I always recommend them when people are inquiring.

I am not pleased with this dental office! I had an wisdom tooth extraction appointment scheduled for a Thursday afternoon and I was called that morning that the doctor was sick and could not make the appointment. That is fine, I know people get sick. So I try to call them back that day, and the next day, and both days they decide to close the entire office. So, I can't get a new appointment scheduled. When I finally do get an appointment scheduled again, they fail to mention to me that I would need a second X Ray before being able to get my wisdom teeth removed. They waited until 3 days before my appointment to tell me that I could no longer get my wisdom teeth out at my appointment, but instead would need to have an X-Ray. I had this appointment scheduled for a MONTH in advance, so why did it take so long to inform me of this?? Why did they not tell me about this when I had my first appointment scheduled 2 months prior? My wisdom teeth have been put on hold for 2 months and I have a very bad pain in my jaw. I will not be wasting my time trying to schedule another appointment here!!

My daughter Rachelle Marie had a dental appointment today n had to get the "pinches" (shots) & was extremely scared & crying, but the staff at Smiles took good care of her & was able to comfort her quickly & all went well. We walked out after her fillings with a smile on our faces, thank you smiles for doing a great job!

Dr. Johnson and her cohesive staff are frendly, professional and on time. The office and treatment rooms seem very modern and beautifully decorated. I have been here a few times and my overall experience has been pleasant. I really like Smiles Dental and highly recommend them for your family.

Scheduled and appointment a month in advance just to show up on time to my scheduled appointment and they tell me there was nothing scheduled for me. Very disappointed that I waited a month for nothing.

I want to recommend Smiles Dental!!! They are wonderful , Thank You So Much for fixing my "smile" again!!!! Very kind, not pushy do exactly what you want professionally!!!! I will be back!!!!!♥️

The staff were amazing. I called because I had a bad tooth. They got me in set up a treatment plan. They removed a broken wisdom tooth with no pain during the procedure. Not even the oral surgeon I had seen in the past was that good. I highly recommend this office and the wonderful staff there.
