At one point we used them exclusively in Norfolk. They are terribly overpriced. Plan on being gouged and it costing at least twice as much as it should. $230 to clean grease off of a 5th wheel. $900 for them to change a battery. We will not do business with them again.

Took over 5hrs to replace a power steering hose. Dont be in a hurry going here, they will waste your time and charge extra labor. UPDATE- So not only did they take their sweet time replacing the hoses, they replaced the wrong hose all together. The very next day I personally had to stop at a parts house to have the correct hose made and then replaced it myself. Probably not in time to keep from damaging the power steering pump. In regards to your reply to my original review, I was told I had to wait outside or in the driver's lounge, and was never offered a shuttle. You offered $150 credit back to my company on a $1000 bill where you didn't really fix anything, especially not the power steering leak, and cost me money by making me late to my load appointment. The hose that was leaking took 30 minutes to replace, and that is with the parts house building me a new hose. Yall completely wasted my company's time and money as well as mine.

Called ahead for scr box broken mounting bolt. Andrew talked to me and asked me to come in and will work something out. Got there and he took a quick look and fixed it within a hour and I was on my way. Really nice people and cooperative. They are willing to go above and beyond to solve your problem and get you on the road.

Not really customer friendly. Two seats for waiting on repairs. When waiting for hours, no place to sit for a delivered lunch and never saw any vending machines. They had a water dispenser but no cups. The foul language by employees was enough to make a sailor blush. Nobody is very friendly. First impressions matter, but Adam had us feeling a little better about our experience. He has kept us updated on repairs that are taking longer than expected. Let us use a company vehicle to go to motel and even seemed to care that the foul language with customers around is not professional. I'd say Adam makes the unfriendliness of the other employees a little more tolerable.
