We brought in a coat to be cleaned and were told we would be called when it was finished. They had the coat for two weeks and never called. We thought they may have had trouble cleaning the coat, so we went in to check on it. According to the tag , it was ready after a week. I'm not sure what they did, but the coat still smells musty.

Showed up at 5:35 and they we’re walking out. Had no problem with unlocking, going back in and getting my dry cleaning. Awesome staff and very affordable pricing. I live in Sioux City, work in Norfolk and will always patronize this business. Love Norfolk business owners and especially Quality Dry Cleaners.
