Had a little fender bender that caused me to blow a tire. Called around town and Pomps was able to get it in on two days despite the snow storm. Called me as soon as it came in and got it changed in 15 min. It was fast and convenient for this momma! Couldn’t have been more thankful! You guys rock! And to top all that the customer service was great!!

This wasn’t my first visit to Pomp’s and surely won’t be my last. Over the top customer service from the moment you call or walk in up until you leave getting into your vehicle, not to mention the phenomenal work and service their technicians provide. Overall a great experience with more than fair prices. Highly recommended!

I continue to utilize the downtown Norfolk Pomp’s because of the courteous and helpful staff. I always feel like I’m being treated fairly and not being forced into repairing something that doesn’t need fixed. Nick, Samantha, Leland and Trevor always take the time to greet you, explain the service, and answer any questions. My favorite service station

Nick and the others are so professional and polite. They always take the time to explain what’s going on and let you know your options. They also let you know when a repair is not available at their shop, and will politely refer you to a dealership or other repair shop that can better serve you. We have been Pomp’s (Firestone) customers for more than 20 years and have been referring friends and family to them for a long time. I trust them with all my vehicles.
