Order a pizza for delivery. Waited 2 hours for the delivery. Never showed up. Called and never gave a reason why it was taking so long. Cancel the order and they didn't even try to make it right. Poor attitude, poor management.

Service was terrible. Not sure if we had a waitress. Pizza cold when we finally got it. Bad experience start to finish.

Provide order as indicated on my order. Placed order which indicated it will be ready in 13 minutes. Arrived in 15 minutes. Was told it would take another 15-20 minutes. Order took 30 minutes to complete. Nobody apologized!

Well once we sat down it took 15 min fo9r us to get asked what we wanted to drink, then another 15 min to get said drinks and order our food. My sister ordered pasta and a salad. After 30 min of waiting I walked up to the watress asked what was taking her salad so long. The answer i recieved was, I am working on another order, but it will be right out. 10 min later the salad finally came. Now with all this said I can see 4 tables that have been empty sinse we got here, and thats not an excuse. Also a table of 5 that was seated after our table of 5 has gotten their food and is about ready to leave.

Best location in our town, better managed, more effecient and despite what the app reports, this location is over a mile closer to our home making it convenient for our family to pick up food.

Absolutely pathetic!!! Very few people there we sat for 40 minutes after we put our order in watched at least 4 tables get there food ahead of us that came in 10–15 minutes after us!! And they had the nerve to tell us the kitchen was backed up how does that make any sense?

Sometimes it takes a while to get your food, but it’s always been delicious every time i’ve visited. The servers are very nice. The wings are some of the best around.

Awful! Recieved wings, but not pizza. Spent an hour and had to go. Donna the manager didnt want to help, just made excuses. It wasnt busy at the time, in the restuarant or to go, really frustrating that i couldnt eat on my lunch hour from work.
